Ehrlich is supposed to come monthly on a Thursday to spray my apartment. They have never come to spray on a regular schedule. They have been marking my unit in their records that I won't let them in and that is untrue. They have lied to my landlord and now my landlord is upset with me. When the guy does come to spray, he does not address any concerns that I have.

I called to schedule an appointment for an inspection Friday April 15, 2022. I scheduled an appointment for Monday April 18, 2022 between 12-2pm with “Justin”. To make this appointment work, we had to extend our stay in town. We waiting and received a call at 12:18 from Justin explaining that he was too far away and couldn’t make the appointment. I run a small business and this should never happen. Someone knew this appointment wasn’t going to happen way before our time window of arrival had started. I got an I’m sorry from Justin but no help at all from the office. It took two people and 10-minutes for them to find me on the schedule and all I got was an “I wish I could be of more help to you”. This is Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No attempt whatsoever to make this right. I would never recommend or use them for any services in the future. Terrible business practice and a total waste of our time! I wish I could give no stars.
