First off saying myself and my business with DGS and public school system have been using your services for years. After speaking with one of the technicians Jaron today in college park I am reconsidering my choices. He stated how none of the technicians including himself and management are certified to operate and apply pesticides. Also that he is involved in lawsuits where he is being racially targeted by the owner of the company. I have to say this is very unprofessional to say the least.

I don’t know what kind of training they get, but today I was dropping off my kids at the school and one of their technicians was behind my car while I was parking, when I finally parked one of my kids was getting out the car, then the technician got mad and started to use his honk, he had space to park behind me but seems he, couldn’t do it, So I decided to move my car a little forward. and once I get out the car with my other kid, she’s 3 y/o the technician started to cursing me, insulting me in front of my 10y/o kid and my 3y/o kid and of course many other kids and parents. There is no reason to use and inappropriate language in front of kids.

Received amazing services! Everyone at the company is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very affordable, organized, and reliable. I would refer them to anyone especially people like me who are terrified of pests.

Very happy with their service. I called in the morning, and they were able to fit me in same day. When our phone call got disconnected, they called me back to make sure they could get me set up. Harry came to complete my rodent inspection, and he made me feel a lot better (I was very scared). He went out of his way to check everywhere I asked him to and took his time to fill all potential entry points.

I praise this company because they answered their phone and responded to the appointment, whereas others did not. The hornet's nest was quickly and efficiently removed, preventing anyone else from getting stung. The cost was more reasonable than that of another company (CBC), which never responded after the initial call and asking me to send my contact details and a photo of the bush. Alex, the technician, showed no fear while removing the hive. I think the hornets sensed that and gave in to his fearless actions. I now know who to call for any pest issue. Oh, let me not forget to mention Marsha, who took my call, set a time to come, and had Alex call to notify me of his arrival time.

They were extremely fast in responding and scheduled an inspection for the next day. Lloyd was knowledgable and extremely helpful during the inspection despite the issue not being what I assumed (rodents). He was thorough, friendly, and honest about what our next steps should be to resolve the problem. Great service all around. Will call again if/when we need future services.
