Inspection was through where insects were seen . Bait and traps were placed in those areas. Technician was friendly and informative. I would've asked to take a little more time to just look over surrounding areas as far as the Inspection process goes. Would use this company again.

There were some pest problems at my dad's house, who had been dealing with health issues for a while. Black Tie was able to repeatedly help me deal with the underlying issues, find the cause, remediate, and prevent the issue from recurring. I found their prices to be fair, their staff to be knowledgeable, and the front office to be goals oriented. From top-to-bottom, Black Tie made it so I no longer had to worry about or even think about the pest problem. They took care of everything.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They resolved my rodent problem in one visit! When I first reached out, JP was professional and quick to get me set up with an appt. Mike, the technician, was punctual and spent plenty of time assessing my home for ways the rodents might be entering. He then walked through the house listening to all of our concerns. He created a customized solution and amazingly enough, we’ve seen practically no evidence of a mouse problem any longer. I would highly recommend them if you need an exterminator!!!

We were very happy with our service. A few folks in my community recommended these guys. They showed up the next day per my request. And I was pleasantly surprised that I knew the technician Mike.
