Phone rarely if ever gets answered. Voice mails are rarely if ever get returned. Company claims to cover three counties but I've had the same tech (who did a great job ) do the iinitian inspection and treatment. Payment is expected BEFORE the application. Waited weeks for actual work done. Paid for one year inspection but the tech "was sick". He's your only tech? Avoid this company.

Been using them for years. Friendly, informative and reliable. They work quickly and have never had any issues. We get ants, roaches and mice on occasion and they always know what to do.

Super poor customer service, the lady that answer the phones is not very nice at all. They completed the termite inspection but the technician did not sign it and it is taking forever to get the signed copy now. The Lady was not professional and rude on the phone. In a world of things being remote, i do not understand why the technician cannot sign it and email it back to the office to send out. Badly managed!!!!

I first started using Excello for termite inspections. As a realtor, I called on them multiple times a month to make sure my clients were fully informed about the home they were buying. They were always personable and knowledgeable, explaining all of the details. Then my own home got infected with flour beetles and of course I called on Excello! They were so diligent and caring with this stubborn problem. Highly recommend!
