Great company!! We had an issue with termites a couple months ago, Michael Shaffier came out to treat for them. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Got the job done right and we haven't had an issue since. Michael is a great representation of the company, and his services are much appreciated!

We’ve been using guardians pest control services for over 7 years now. The quality is top notch, the customer service is always phenomenal. They take pride in their work, and their customer’s satisfaction! I’ve spoken with Savannah a couple of times on the phone she’s always been extremely helpful. If you’re in need of pest control I highly recommend getting a contract with Guardian.

Don’t take the Guardian Representative’s word about the treatment plan & cost. Get everything that that Guardian employee says in writing…everything ie: treatment plan, warranty of work, how many follow-up visits, etc..get it in writing. Also read the contract..make sure what he says is in that contract before you sign it. Be careful.

I called to ask a technician a question to determine if I actually NEEDED to schedule an appointment and was told to schedule an appointment (for which I would be charged as well as miss a day of work) and a technician would come to my home and talk to me. So I called the Smithsonian Zoo, spoke to a zoologist, and in about 5 minutes found out I did NOT need a pest control technician! It's sad that they want to waste their time and potential client's time and money.

Waste of time and money. Paid for 3 services and they didn't take care of any problems, even after they came back a second time.

Very rude on the phone today No matter what I will never use them again I don't have to be talked to rudely Would rather pay more not to be treated rudely My 1 year guarantee isn't up until the first week of September They sent 1 person when the job was done a year ago And truly I wasn't very happy then with the job I never asked for the yearly contract to keep the warranty I think you should have contacted us before planning to come out Try to talk to your customers with alittle more respect

Do not waste your money and time with this company. They have terrible costumer service especially Katina I think her name is. She was very rude on the phone and they do the absolute bare minimum.

We were very pleased with Guardian when they installed our fence but now our fence is missing a cap and I have called 4 times over the last 3 months and talked to someone, left messages, received a call from owner and they have still failed to deliver on an answer to what I believe to be a simple fix... disappointing.

The worst company to deal with. Don't waist your money!!
