Kolley’s Extermination has been my go to for 10+ years. Great prices and very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. Hugo found hidden entries mice were getting in and sealed them off. Highly recommend!

I worked with Kolley’s and I found them to be very helpful and easy to work with. Everything was straightforward and low stress. Shout out to Hugo who was a huge help. It’s such a relief to have everything sorted out. I’ll definitely call Kolley’s again if I ever need to.

We had a technician, Dale, come out to check for pest issues. The prices were fair and we found him to be very honest regarding our issues. Some companies like this make it seem like everything is wrong. Dale looked over the whole house and made it clear only the specific things that needed to be addressed. We will absolutely use them again if needed.

Not recommended for mice. Recently had an initial service due to mice activity in a home with shared walls. The tech informed me that he could not patch holes/entry points inside the house but could secure the outside of the house. I used my own steel wool to patch places of concern in the kitchen. The problem persisted. I went to the hardware store, bought traps, repellent spray and steel wool this weekend. That's after paying $269 for the service. Apparently, the company is better at other types of pest control.

Kolley's is the best-we have used them for 20 years. Gene came out and treated a yellow-jacket nest in our garage this month and then returned when we found another nest high in the ceiling of the garage. He found the entry point for the critters which was outside in the eaves of the house and treated both sites to get rid of the problem. I would 100% use them again and would recommend them highly. They are very professional and accommodating as to scheduling. 5-stars.

I have had Kolleys servicing my home monthly for 32 yrs, and only had 3 different technicians in all that time. Hugo is our technician now. He is a pleasure to work with. This young man is kind, smart and can answer any question you have about pests. I am grateful he keeps crickets out of my basement! Gene, in Kolley's office, is great to work with on scheduling, etc. After my initial account set-up in the 90's, I am still paying the same monthly amount, and it is very reasonable.

We have had Kolley for years. They are flexible and accommodating to our schedule. For years we had the same technician until he retired, my dogs and cats adored him. The new technician seems nice and friendly . I would recommend them.

Kolley’s has always helped us with our pest problems! They have been persistent with some of the most stubborn mice we have ever dealt with. Their employee Hugo is amazing at finding the tiniest holes and entry points. Places you would never think to look! They are super responsive and kind! We have recommended Kolley’s to many of our friends!

We should have written this review sooner! We sent a message to Kolley's late one evening. First thing, the next day, they called to hear more about our concerns. They were quick to schedule Hugo to come out to assess and treat our issue(s). We have/had a rodent issue and Hugo effectively identified the issues, treated the areas of concern and was super knowledgeable. He placed bait and assured us that this was a solution that would help. The very next day, we saw that the bait had been eaten and the plan was working. A couple of weeks later, they scheduled a follow-up and what do you know... all the baits had been eaten. They re-treated and we expect that the plan will keep working. Hugo was excellent. The best part (besides getting rid of our rodent issue) is that Hugo walked the property with us, showed us where he sees a need for treatment and educated us on how the remedies will work. Two thumbs up... five stars & THANK YOU to Hugo and the team at Kolley's. We definitely recommend Kolley's!

$235 later, zero improvements in mice treatment despite having to keep all dry food goods in airtight containers for months now. The technician was nice, so I gave one star but the person managing the accounts was rude. I would not recommend this service.

I had called another place after being stung by a bee and I very allergic, the call was an emergency, but that place only took emails and decided to respond 3 days later . Kolleys responded immediately came completely prepared their equipment was the real deal , and even though it was for bee removal he actually cut down a gypsy moth nest and restored my bait traps . Since his visits all my rodents and bees have died within a week !!!! SUCCESS thank god they came out . Thank your technician for me he was great .

UPDATE: I am very pleased to report they reached out to me and rectified the situation. I am now sure this was just an honest mistake during a busy season. I am looking forward to doing business with them. After a first visit for an ant treatment they were suppose to call me to set up a termite inspection and treatment. Three weeks later and after multiple promises that they would get back to me, they never did. Very dissapointed.
