We run a small food production facility and had a fruit fly issue near the packaging area. Ethan came promptly and handled it professionally. He used safe and effective methods without affecting our workflow. The results were visible the next day. His communication was excellent throughout. The entire staff was impressed by his expertise. We used them for termite service back in 2017 with an annual renewal contract where they come back and inspect yearly for a fee ($115). The past 2 years we've tried to get a hold of them and they are not responsive. They were over 4 months late on their yearly renewal in 2020 (November) pushing it to 2021. Couldn't get a hold of them for the 2021 inspection. And still haven't been able to reach them for this years inspection 2022. Today 10/14/22 we recieve a year and a half old bill we've never seen before claiming its past due. I tried calling but the only provided number has a voice mailbox that's full. I will never recommend and not sure how they've stayed in business if not because of being a hometown business.

Great customer service and very dedicated. We had a bee issue and called Kirkendall. They found a way to get us on the schedule next day. Very professional service.

Awful service! Awful company! Not professional at all. I called them to come inspect my home and was never called back after I was told they would check the schedule. They apparently did work on the home before I bought it but I highly doubt it. I've never known a company who doesnt want business. I would never refer them to anyone!....disgusted!

We used Kirkendall's for our septic and pest inspections. I was hesitant to use a pest company to inspect our septic, but they came so highly recommended by a local septic company, that I went for it, and so glad I did. They were so incredibly thorough and conscientious. Gary went out to the property on multiple occasions just to get the info needed, and didn't charge us any additional fees to do so. Another company charged us just to go out and dig a hole, really wish we had found Kirkendall's first! Oh, and they were much more thorough with the pest assessment than the first people we had out as well, found a couple of additional issues not mentioned on the first report.
