I had a yellow jacket nest in the mulch right by my front door that no amount of insecticide seemed to eliminate. John came the same day and took less than 10 minutes to dig it out and treat the affected area.

Just discovered a Yellowjacket nest under my deck after my dog was stung earlier today. Finding this local company, I called to request a service and was told to enter my zip code for finding a technician. Entered 21045 and was connected to someone that asked for it again, then told me they do not service the area. Before I could even ask for clarification or recommendation to another exterminator, they hung up without even so much as a goodbye. If this is their conduct on the phone, then I’d hate to see it in person.

I found the beginnings of a wasp nest forming while mowing the lawn this afternoon. My fiancée did a quick search and found this company and called right away. Very disappointed in the interaction we just had with this company! We had yellow jackets coming into our home through the chimney a week ago and called for assistance. The man who answered told us it was not likely yellow jackets but paper wasps looking to nest; however, the picture we found on the Internet of paper wasps was not like what we killed, and we have a very active amount of yellow jackets on our land. We then tried to discuss what we actually saw and explained our temporary solution of covering up the fireplace with plastic until we can resolve any potential nest before calling a chimney company to check further for any cracks. I was hoping that this company would be helpful, but the representative became increasingly annoyed, stating that he could not doing anything more than we did already. And then he said he needed to get off the phone. Wow! The call was less than five minutes long. That's terrible customer service.

John was so knowledgeable about the wasps coming into my house and knew exactly where they were and how the yellowjackets work. He grew up on a farm and is an expert on all things bees and wasps. He came out right away and took his time answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!

We had a Yellowjacket nest in our dining room ceiling. John came out (and told us he would have come out on the long weekend) and got rid of them within 30 minutes. He was professional, calm and amazing. There was minimal damage to our ceiling and he used products safe for our kids and cat. I can’t recommend him strongly enough.

We had a worrying situation with a big hornet nest just outside the back door and a severely allergic family member. We were lucky he was available and able to get here within hours. He really knows his stuff. I would recommend him for any bee removal. He can get it done quickly and safely.

July 14, 2024 I would hire Mr. Roswell with BEE REMOVAL SERVICES again with no reservations. He immediately called me back. He came out to my house that evening at 8:30pm. He was on time and was very knowledgeable about everything concerning BEES. I had European Hornets, they had built a nest within my walls. He got on his ladder and did his thing! I knew he was experienced just by talking to him on the phone. Before Mr. Roswell left my home the sounds of buzzing bees was gone! It was a miracle! The sound had been driving me crazy for 4 days. He was outside doing his thing about an hour and he was successful with his first visit. I truly believe he will continue to get plenty of business because he is honest. Honesty and integrity always wins in the end! He has had 47 years of experience. Boy it is so great when you can find a service that is reasonable, reliable and honest in this day and time. Hire him, you will not regret your decision!!!!!!! HE IS A MASTER OF HIS TRADE!!!!!!

John was great and knew his stuff. He came out same day to kill a hornet nest that was in my roof/ceiling. I don’t what he did up there but 5 mins after he left I didn’t hear a single hornet scratching around in the wall. 10/10 use him for any bee removal!

I found John Roswell's Bee Removal Service after I started losing confidence in another company's ("Company A") ability to eliminate a collection of bald-faced hornets that immediately started rebuilding a new nest where its old 16"x14" nest used to be (which Company A had removed). The hornets that survived the removal of their massive nest weren't giving up despite Company A's insistence that they sprayed "a lot of product" on our soffit, gutter, and roof line. After I called Company A three times, they finally got me on their calendar, but the earliest they could fit me in was six days after they had originally removed the nest. In the mean time, the hornets were not only rebuilding but squeezing their way in between the screen and glass of our bedroom window. I learned a lot from John about why the hornets weren't leaving even though their nest had been removed, and how the nest should have been properly removed to ensure the hornets didn't come back. I found John's website on a Saturday morning, and he was able to come out that afternoon to treat, including a follow up treatment the next day. The hornets are now completely gone. According to his website, his extensive farming background and having worked professionally with bees since 1977 convinced me right away that he'd be far more knowledgable and skilled than these larger "pest control" companies with fancy websites and much higher prices. I regret not having discovered John's Bee Removal Service sooner.

We realized late yesterday evening we had a European Hornets Nest in our drywall inside our home. I was told to call Pest control Monday morning. Obviously I did not want to wait with two small children in my home. So today I happened to come across this gentleman on Google search. He called me back immediately and was here within a few hours. He was in and out in an hour and completely killed and removed the entire nest. He fogged one last time before sealing up our drywall just to be safe and disposed of the nest. I am so thankful for this company. And he was incredibly affordable given the circumstances as well as kind and friendly! I highly recommend him to anyone!

We had Yellow Jackets build a ground nest in a front garden near a walk to our door. They had cut a path through the shrub and got very active. We called John at Bee Removal Services and he responded promptly, ultimately removing the nest that evening. He quoted a price on the phone, something the typical extermination services won’t do. He used environmentally friendly insecticides that dissipate in a day, which limits damage to other insects. After treating the nest with the insecticide, he dug out the nest. There has been no further yellow jacket activity, and the shrub was undamaged. He was timely in response, and understands how to eradicate the nest, not just kill off a few worker bees. I highly recommend you use John. He also moves honeybee nests without killing the bees.
