RH Pest Management

I was in a panic after finding a baby bed bug in one of my preventative traps (due to infestations at work). He came out first thing the following day and tore apart my entire room and even inspected items I had thrown outside. He spent over an hour working meticulously to check every nook and cranny, and gave me tips on what to do going foward to help continue preventative. Inspection was free, so this was skilled work for no money. The least I can do is write this review because his work was truly top!!!

Mr. Stanly came and got straight to business. Even though my unit was pretty much sealed completely, he resealed anything that I had a concern about. He even moved the fridge and the stove to make sure everything was good back there, which I was very thankful for because maintenance at the property doesn't even do that! It's been 2 days since he came, and I still have yet to see another bug in my unit. I am extremely grateful to receive the service that I did, and as a person who is scared of bugs, I feel as if I can walk freely in my new home finally.

My dog and I got attacked by yellow jackets. I called and they arrived within an hour. They located the nest, sprayed and caulked to ensure none would return. I’m so thankful they were able to come on a Saturday evening when no one else would.

Great response from the owner. Called on a Saturday morning and he came out within a couple of hours. He handled our yellow jackets in the ceiling situation quickly and calmly.

Called RH Pest Management at 6 pm on a Friday after hearing a loud buzzing noise coming from the drywall above my window. They responded within an hour after leaving another call. The bottom line is that they found a 4 inch thick by 23 inches long Yellow Jacket nest behind the drywall. They were entering my home via a small gap under my outside roof shingles. We sincerely appreciate them coming out on an instant's notice, and staying until all the bees had been killed and cleaning up the mess as a result of this. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone with a bee problem. Very polite and professional.

Discovered a wasp nest while doing emptying recycle bin and got stung! Called RH and on a Sunday they came out very quickly, remedied the problem and went above and beyond by tidying up the mess! I’ll definitely use them in the future!

You pay them your money then they schedule appointments and keep doing no shows they inconvenience me for months they don’t come show up at the times they say they are going to arrive then when you not home they won’t wait for you just keep inconveniencing you with no remorse no apologies no accountability no accommodations

I was hearing something in my attic that could have been a squirrel or large animal. I called Terminix at 8 am who was trying to set up an appointment for Friday and when I said I would call back if I didn’t find someone today they advised they would send someone between 4 and 5 and no one responded. At 5:30 I called RH and they immediately sent someone to help me. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I live in an apartment complex in PG County Maryland and the place had an issue with knats-more than a few exterminators visited the apartment but the issue wasn't resolved until RH Pest Management came onboard-additionally the complex is lodged aside a private home that had been renovated-after that property was renovated, field mice swammed my apartment for more than a year-again that issue wasn't resolved until RH Management came onboard.....if you're experiencing extreme/extensive issues, try their services-my apartment was serviced by Stanley.......

Pro - Very responsive and were at my house within 12 hours Cons - Greatly misquoted price over the phone. Was four times more expensive when they showed up. I did not use their service

RH is the best in the business in our area. We were worried about a potential bed bug infestation and needed someone to inspect our home quickly. Multiple large companies told us they would have someone call us back in 24-48 hours and charge an inspection fee. RH answered our call late at night and sent someone to our house early the next morning for a free inspection. Stanley was thorough, informative, and professional. He did not try to sell us unnecessary services and was happy to inform us that there was no visible sign of bedbugs. His recommendation was to wash laundry in the suspected room in hot water to kill any eggs that may be there, not to purchase products or services from RH. Needless to say, we will call RH again with any future pest issues.

Excellent service! Super responsive. I let him know about my mice issue and he resolved it in less than 24 hours.

Technician broke my oven door handle, most likely trying to move the stove, I heard something loud like a pop while he was in the kitchen, didn't really think about ( I probably should have went in there and asked him what was that noise, thats on me) until the next evening when I went to heat something in oven and handle just came out only one side but clearly it was reinserted and just placed in place but not secure because it got broke. I called the first thing Friday morning, the gentleman who answered was very dismissive of my claim and very nonchalant, he never asked my name or phone number, however he did ask the address and said he would get in touch with tech to confirm, assess and verify my claim and would be back in touch for them to come back to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, I have not heard back. I was disappointed at how this was handled by this company. I don't usually write or leave comments of businesses I engage with, eventhough I do read reviews when I'm looking to solicit businesses. I have no resentment towards rh pest, but I won't be utilizing their services again or referring anyone

Called them at 4pm with a bug issue. Within 30 minutes Stanley was at my house. He quickly got the issue resolved and we had him come out the next week to do a perimeter treatment. Highly professional and knowledgeable.
