I received no communication on the day of estimate and I basically had to call several times for the next 4 days to receive an estimate that was promised I would receive via email the same day. The email never came and on the 5th day I called again and was told that they finally received the estimate from their technician and provided me with quote over the phone. These people are great until you try to cancel... They started not coming out every month so I called them to cancel then suddenly I have charges on my account that need to be paid. Next month same thing. I told them when I signed up I wanted pay as I go. Yes sure thats how we do it. Then when I cancel They say I'm on budget billing. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD NUMBER because they will keep charging and charging after you cancel. If they come out they don't want to spray if they don't see
