Kirkwood comes out yearly to take care of insects. We thought we had carpenter ants in our picture window so we called to see if Tom could come out to inspect. Tom came out within a few days. The ants were gone but their debris was seen on the baseboard, possibly from the effects of Aberdeen. My husband had removed the trim under the window so Tom carefully inspected everything and then sprayed under the window inside and also outside. We find Kirkwood to be very responsive and reasonable, and it’s a pleasure to work with their employees.

Happy with the customer service and communication. Price seems reasonable and happy with the results so far.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.... We have been using Kirkwood pest control for years and years, their technicians are the best. Years ago when we 1st got with the company the technician we always got was an older gentleman (I can't remember his name) who was always very nice and personable and always had no problem with my Dad following him around and talking his ear off as my Dad loved to talk to anyone who came to work at the house. But then after a few years that gentleman eventually retired, and we started getting this younger female technician (can't remember her name either, wish I did) She was amazing, just as thorough and somehow even nicer. Her and my Dad became buddies, and him not being here was the first thing she noticed after he passed, and she was quick to tell us how shes gonna miss the big smile he greeted her with wnen she came to treat our house. She came for a few years, then today we had a technician named Guy. I don't know if the woman left the company or what the reason we got someone new but Guy, like all the others, did a great job and was super nice.... On the rare occasion that we see any bugs between treatments they send someone out to deal with the issue....

The company was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the type of bee I was dealing with. Came out as soon as my schedule allowed and took care of the problem. I would definitely call them again if I needed help with any other pests.

They are always very nice. They come out twice a year just for preventitive. Always early and since ive used them i have had no issues in my home. Live in the country so bugs are a thing all the time. However, i am no longer having any in my home since theyve have taken care of everything.

They are very thorough and patient. They are also quick to respond to pest control. They have always been very helpful and have done a great job this last year and a half since we lived in Earleville. Got rid of Knats in our sun room that has not been fixed yet by the contractors. Ants, stink bugs, japanese beetles love our home. We just have only seen 2 lantern flys this season. Ready for them to spray for mosquitos.

Terrible experience…..if only I had know the reputation this guy had! Hired him to inspect a septic system on a home we were purchasing. We were referred to him by our realtor. Here we are 4 months later with a dead drain field! The first thing that was said to me by his secretary before I even had a chance to talk to Tom was "there isn't going to be anything he can do for you" mind you I haven't even talked to them myself personally yet, I'm assuming my realtor talked to them before I did! I received a call back from Tom but nothing was accomplished besides lack of empathy and responsibility on his behalf!

Prompt, detailed , thorough and courteous. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Caution if you are buying or selling a home do not let this guy on your property. He should be neve be aloud to do home inspections He Is lining his pockets and his buddy's by failing inspections. DO NOT USE

I love working with Kirkwood Pest Control. I always speak with the same person when setting up my appointments and the same technician is always coming out. Great reliable, friendly and local company! I highly recommend them.

They always help me when I call. Very helpful and accommodating The only thing I don't like is that when I call I always get their voicemail. No one seems to be around at 5-8pm

This company was called for a termite inspection for our home inspection. They came out immediately and were very professional. I received an email invoice, called them to make the payment and spoke to a professional and friendly rep who immediately emailed a receipt to me for our records. I will use them in the future if/when we need them. I highly recommend this company.

If I could leave no stars a would. I had a termite inspection with kirkwood prior to purchasing a home there were aparently no termites found. 3 months later had another company come out and spray for ants and found a termite infestation in my front yard and tells me they have been there for at least 3 or 4 years. I call to address the issue and was rudely spoken to and would not refund my money or even give me an explanation to as how he could of missed them ! Then on top of not offering to refund my money he insisted on giving me a quote for treating them and when I denied that service I was hung up on ! What a joke a very unprofessional outfit

We had used Kirkwood for our beach house. At the time we thought they did a good job as termites had not returned. This was 8 yrs ago. Then we have put the house up for sale and buyers paid for pest inspection. Kirkwood is who they used. They concluded they couldn't tell if had termites due to the insulation and they found a few dead ones. Well that tells me they never cleaned up after they did the service. But what really roils me is they included our receipt from several years ago to the report they sent the buyers. That was unethical. Then they also inspected septic concluded had crack as half full. Also said couldn't really be sure as they could not see what was underneath. Well the water and toilets had not really been used on regular basis for three years. So now it cost us to have a contractor to inspect structure of house and another company to fill septic and check for cracks. Guess what structural sound. No termites and septic is not cracked. They should not be allowed to conduct inspections!

Professional courteous service at a fair price. I discovered termites in my home and Kirkwood came through- after dealing with the "chain" stores i was fed up and considering doing the job myself- I contacted Tom and I could not have asked for better service from the overall team- The crew respected my home and performed the necessary steps for termite treatment- Thank You Kirkwood.

Kirkwood Pest Control was sought out by my realtor/lender for an inspection prior to buying my home in August 2017. Fast forward to January 26, 2018, I receive a certified letter via USPS stating that I am being sued for not paying my “bill”. In the packet, the company claims that it sent a bill via email 4 times....I never received anything (I can provide proof by searching my inbox). They also claimed they sent a hard copy via USPS....never received anything through this method, either. The company requested my contact information twice from the realtor/lender so they should have my phone number. The company never picked up the phone to call and verify with the CUSTOMER (me) that I had received the “bill”. All they did was jump directly to the court system and file a lawsuit. Personally, I would fight so that I wouldn’t have to pay them the money because I don’t think they deserve the money due to lack of notification. But I travel all the time so I don’t have time to fight it. If I would have done my research and saw that they have had a lawsuits against them before, I would have never agreed to hire their services. Plus, how is a pest control specialist certified to inspect wells and septic??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Tom did a no show job. He doesnt understand septic. He has inspected several septics for home inspection, does not remove cap and or look for issues. He should be out of business soon. Cecil County criminal to most. He post his stikers all over, not until a lawsuit was pending did he return a phone call after $50 spent. For Septic look to others.

Terrible customer service. Inspector (Tom) was an hour and a half late and didn't bother to call. I had to call and figure out what was going on. They made excuses. No apology. I could write a book on all of the things that went wrong with these guys.
