I wanted to give a local company my dollars but was overall disappointed. Owner & technician came out, didn't interact well with people residing there, and pests weren't eliminated. The feel paid was not competitive with other businesses in the area. Would recommend shopping around.

When I first moved into my apartment 2 years ago I seen some mice, and the first thing I did was call an exterminator! MTB is the Best Exterminator around!!! I only had him service my apartment 1 time, and I haven’t seen a mouse ever since! I always recommend this exterminator to anyone that needs one!!! He is professional and fast!!! Mr. Brown came out to my apartment the same day and I got a good price for the service! I can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he did!!! I wouldn’t be able to live here if it wasn’t for him!!!

Mr. Milton texted to let me know he arrived. He came in with a mask and shoe covers! I was very Impressed with his professionalism. He explained the process and let me know what he found. He made recommendations and followed up by coming back a week later to check the traps. He also sprayed the exterior for bugs. Reasonablilly priced! Always on time and very responsive!

I called MTB after noticing an issue with bugs after some new neighbors moved into the building. I purposely chose this business because it's local and black owned. I immediately received a response from Mr. Milton Brown III. He came the following day and listened to all of my concerns. He addressed the problem areas, as well as the rest of the condo. The products used were pet friendly which was essential for me. The animals experienced no issues following the extermination. The products used left no residual odors. He even gave me product advice on dealing with drain flies. MTB is always accessible and they communicate well. He's never been late for appointments and if there's an issue, he keeps me in the loop. With his assistance, the issue is under control. I'm extremely happy with my services.

I have a story to tell omg I came home one Afternoon and was greated by 2 lizards 🦎 I was so scared with no idea of what to do so Google a list of pest controlers who had no clue 😳 about my problem smh I was told to call the state that I live in wild life control. I was reluctant to reach out to a pest control company to treat my home because well the internet provided all the answers – NOT. After reading the details of how to apply the chemicals I decided that I needed a professional. It was a Sunday afternoon when I did my search for a local pest control company (I decided I wanted a small business as I wanted a more personal experience). Per usual I went to the internet and several providers came up, but one stood out because they provided 24/7 service. It is 2021 and I did not expect especially during a pandemic to reach a live person on a Sunday afternoon. However, I called the number listed and a live PERSON answered the phone. He was very professional, polite and was able to schedule a consultation for the following morning. I was provided an hour window instead of four – who does that anymore??? Well, the MTB technician texted me when they were 15 minutes away and was on the early side of the hour window. The technician was respectful of the property wearing shoe covers and checked with me about wearing a mask within my home. The tech did a very thorough walk thru and I learned A LOT about how to prevent, control and treat my issue. He even went the extra mile providing me with guidance on how to treat an issue at my grandmother’s home. I highly recommend MTB for anyone looking for exceptional customer service, great results and excellent pricing. I will keep using this service for as long as I own my home.
