Not worth the money and hassle in scheduling. Untrustworthy and dishonest. This company automatically schedules you for bi monthly maintenance and give you less than 24 hrs notice. When I mentioned the notifications weren't providing enough notice, the office manager said they are having technical issues their notification system being delayed. I let her know that this has been ongoing for at least 6 months without resolution. Whenever I call to reschedule I'm always encouraged to have the technicians treat the outside (which is minimal because I have a townhome) and come back for the inside. This is exhausting to repeat every single time I call. With my last service, I called yet again to reschedule and no one told the technician. He called me when he was on his way to my house. Sure, they were going to have him treat the exterior and claim they weren't able to access the interior. This week I had to call yet again to reschedule and their phone number was marked as potential spam and disconnected. I called the number from which I received the text and it was an automated response. That was enough for me to cancel my contract. This business model and customer service is absolutely awful. I would not recommend.

Exceptional professionalism and very thorough in review and treatment of the bat infestation. We knew we were in good hands at Daniel’s first visit to assess the problem and are so grateful First Solutions honored the warranty of the prior company and provided such great customer service. We had a major bat infestation in the attic treated by the prior owners of the company about 2 years ago. The treatment fee was extremely high and they neglected to properly seal the attic after the work was done. Fast forward to 12/25 to find that we had more bats. First Solutions came out to the house within days of our call and gave us their complete assurance that the problem would be addressed at no cost to us. I recommend First Solutions to anyone needing home pest management. They have top notch business integrity and friendly responsive customer service that is proof to me that they are a great company to work with.

Darryl went above and beyond during his consult! Not only did he identify where all of the critters were entering my house, he even helped me clean up the mess! I am so grateful to his care, communication and detail to his work!

Horrible service on multiple levels: -charged me a hundred bucks just for a five minute walk around of the house -charged me SIX TIMES THAT ($600) for two rodent traps and spraying the basement walls with some sort of rodent repellant (didn’t help at all btw) -continued to charge me $100 every other month just to repeat the five minute walk -when I wanted to cancel the guy on the phone tried playing dumb acting like my crappy experience wasn’t exactly the same for several other people Next time please do your research and find something on thumbtack where there are actual reviews that you can verify; I’m convinced the reviews here are either fake, or the company just assumes everyone from Baltimore deserves less

We had heard a loud breathing noise in our wall and we thought that maybe it was a racoon or some other animal. Erick came out and took a look at it. I do completely understand the $100 fee they charge up front -- it costs them time and money to come out and inspect things. Not only that, they went into the attic, which is incredibly dangerous to do. It turns out we had about 3000 yellow jackets inside the wall. Erick sprayed in there and had them die, then came back to do it again. They cut open the wall, got rid of the nest, and cleaned things up. $3400 was a lot more than I expected to pay, and the price would be my only complaint. Otherwise, incredible company, great work, great communications, and prompt.

Great service! The inspector was professional, explained everything clearly, and really went above and beyond. Definitely worth the cost and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Horrible service . AVOID AT ALL COST . 15 minute walk around for 300 Dollars . Inspector sprayed and placed a few boxes down. Informed be I would get so much more then than what I received. I stopped payment due to the service provided not being what was originally stated . Not work $120 monthy .Not worth $60 so I decided not to confirm any more services and was charged a 300 fee. I asked for a manager and awaited a 24 to 48 hour call back. I instead received a text.

We have a huge problem in our attic. I love this company because its all exclusive between the repairing our home fixing the entrance and exits taking away all the old insulation and disinfecting and Putting in new insulation up to Montgomery County Code . Erick came to our home investigated . Polite and respectful. Took pics of what was going on and explained what needed to be done answered our questions and Carlos i believe the owner went out of his way to work with us to get the price down. Shopped around and other companies wanted much more. Stay tuned for the completion of work. I would absolutely recommend this company for removing wildlife and making your house secure.

Friendly service persons. I'm not sure if the services are worth the cost. I mainly switch vendor for the snake repellent service. However. I see more snakes than before. I have a very clean yard, no piles of wood, no standing water or debris hanging around. Can't figure it out.

Im the property mgr at a property in n.w dc and we have been using this company's services for awhile now and they have been fantastic to have as one of our service providers.. Great communication, techs are very friendly and clean and knowledgeable. Office staff does a great job of working my schedules. Highly recommend 👌

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! First of all, they wanted me to pay over $100 just for the inspection (which only took like 15min). After I said no, they said they'd "waive" it out of the kindness of their heart (obvious lie). The guy that came was polite, but told me the initial service would be $600 + $100 bimonthly. For some reason I said fine, because I expected him to do a lot of work for the initial service, but he literally just sprayed the walls with something and lay down a few traps (not even five minutes). Read the fine print!! They won't let you cancel without having to pay 33% of the future bimonthly payments after paying for the initial inspection. Not to mention the rodent issue still has not changed for the past two weeks. Do your research before looking for pest control services, because I did not and sadly paid the price.

Don't do it! Sent a newbie to my house and installed "monitors" that were over $1100. Manager called and told me that he was inaccurate with the quote and work and did nothing to resolve. Every month they come, noone knocks and they walk around PERIMETER of the home to "check". They only sprayed inside initially and another time. When I called, the customer service was uncaring and just gave me the email to cancel my contract. She had the nerve to say that the technician that 'just left' was coming back because he wanted to double check an area. Several hundreds of dollars to my credit care for zero to crap service.

I contacted them because I have raccoons in my house. I felt that they just stole me! I was charged me almost 700 dollars for leaving a cage for 2 weeks only that did absolutely nothing. Worst service ever!

Extremely unscrupulous company. Avoid! They charged an upfront inspection fee before coming out and then quoted an exorbitant fee for a 10 minute job hoping I would just pay it because I had already lost the inspection fee. When I demurred, they reduced the price but then tried to tack on a crazy ladder fee to rack up the cost again. I was so disgusted at that point that I asked them to leave. Why is it so hard to find an honest and fair company in this area?

I have not run across any company in more than 20 years as professional, personally caring, through, and proficient. Point made, when I received an caring follow up call today from Chrissy who also gave me cheery Holiday well wishes. What company is even smart enough to make follow through service and holiday phone calls? A company that deserves my business. Carlos, the owner even spent time making sure my questions were answered even while traveling to a family funeral. And while away he stayed consistent with follow up. Every service date made was kept on time by the efficient technicians he has on staff.

This shop was great. We had a longstanding problem with ants getting into the house, especially during the rainy season. No ants have been found since they did their first fumigation. They have been coming for the seasonal spray ever since and have always been professional, friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend them enough!

The manager needs to go to customer service school!

First thing they charge 100 to come to your home ok include it in the price. 2nd they tell you over the phone should be 100 to 300 for service. Well Carlos who states he is the owner shows up to your house he comes up with 1695 for service and also an additional 1200 per year for monthly service A whopping 2800 dollars!! Folks do not use this company for service move on right to the next pest control service. For 8 traps and plug 2 holes cost me a total of 395.00 WAY OVERPRICED for minimal work performed. All Carlos tries to do is up sell you you don't buy into 1200 yearly plan he had it at 300 service for 2 holes and 8 traps then bumps it right back to 395 when you do not want the 1200 dollar yearly service. Do not by into this company. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one. Move right on to the next one available. Also to add to this review they do not even come back to service the traps unless you PAY more MONEY. HORRIBLE company. Do not recommend them to anyone. Over priced poor service.
