Allegany pest control was responsive, reasonably priced, and quick. We had yellow jackets getting into the house and they fit us in the very next day and sprayed/powdered the area around their hive which started having an immediate effect. They followed up later that night to check on the progress and were responsive when I had follow up questions.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Allegany Pest Control, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided by Kevin and his team. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was met with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help. Kevin, the owner, personally oversaw the pest control treatment at my property, and I could tell that he takes great pride in his work. Kevin is awesome, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Came quickly when yellow jackets broke through the wall, then came quickly when yellow jackets broke through my dad's ceiling. Also very decently priced compared to others around, highly recommend!

I would recommend people the allegany pest control! The gentleman that came to look at my situation was very observant in the requirement I needed and to be sure that my pets were safe! Also if budget-friendly there are some other pets control that charges you an arm and a leg so I highly recommend.

In November of 2020 I paid an annual fee to Allegany Pest Control for my 2021 service. The last time I heard from them was in May of 2021. Since then they have "gone dark". There has been no return on my investment for 10 months now. I prepaid for a service contract with APC that was not fulfilled!

Our pest issue sounded like it would be taken care of at first, and so we shelled out the money they proposed for the plan laid out. After some initial improvement, we never saw our pest issue go away and we reached a level of "better than it was, but still clearly an issue..." Frustrated, we continue to try to work with them to take care of this issue, but eventually we were simply told that the issue was something couldn't be "completely irradicated". As you can imagine, I could understand having to keep up with general treatments, but to have the level of problem we were still experiencing felt like more than just living with a minor inconvenience here and there. Desperate, we tried one more time and had Bug Boys pest control come out to see what they would propose doing instead. They had a different treatment plan, and what sounded like better follow up service, so we decided to give one more try. I am SO glad that we did! We have only had one treatment from them, and I have seen our pest problem almost disappear (which I was beginning to believe would NEVER happen!) Do yourself a favor and contact Bug Boys if you need pest control. I am so excited to be on their quarterly rotation for treatments now!

So kind to my two little dogs and always aware of their grooming needs. Never disappointed. Very affordable too.
