Absolutely terrible service. Have used them in the last decade for all our rentals and sales, well over 50 properties and a variety of services. Now the managers are rude, interrupt you when asking simple questions, and are giving bait and switch pricing.

Antonio was a delightful young man. I’ve been with PESTNOW for over 5 years and this was my first time meeting Antonio. He was very professional and all about his business. I asked Pest Now to send someone over to take care of mice. The exterminator was not thorough and inconsiderate. They did only a perfunctory search of my house for holes. With my permission, the exterminator came early. I told them when I would not be available. The exterminator tried to speak with me when I wasn't available, and I could not stay with the exterminator or get a hold of him later to discuss what they did and where they did it. I would not recommend Pest Now for mice extermination.

Will recommend treatments for termites regardless if there are actual bugs or not. Does not matter they will scare you. Homebuyers beware!

UPDATE 11/17: Almost 2 hours after my initial review one of their lovely managers, Derrick, reached out to me and wanted to earn my business back. Derrick explained the products that would be used and the process. He sent out one of his best technicians to treat my home thoroughly today in hopes that this remediates any activity I have been seeing. It is hard to find businesses in this day and age that appreciate customers to make them feel heard and understand their concerns. Derrick also told me to wait 10 days and let him know directly if my concerns were resolved. So far, I appreciate the professionalism from everyone who has helped with my issue so far. __________ Got 1 treatment and saw more insects almost immediately. Asked them to come back out and was told I’m supposed to see more insects. I was pressed to get another quarterly treatment even though the first one brought pests. They have missed multiple appointments without any notice. Heard good things about them but it may be the rep I had.

I have been really disappointed with PestNow and don’t see any reason to continue using them. They will give confirm service of your property and few days later you will find rodents and other pests. I have been a customer for over 2 years now with 3 properties and quarterly preventive services. The last services were in October and I called them in September to report roaches and insects. They only came out in October for periodic quarterly services and we found rats in two different houses after the service.

I have been a customer for over a decade. I've received quarterly preventive treatments during that time. Billy, Will, Chad and others who've serviced my property have been fantastic. HOWEVER, I'm becoming increasing frustrated by PestNow's business practices. One example, last year I began outdoor mosquito treatment during the peak months July, Aug, Sept. Recently, in Oct., I came home to find a door tag saying my property had been treated on that day for mosquitos. I immedidately contacted Pest Now to say 1.my 3 month package ended in Sept. 2. my gate was locked, how could the property have been treated? The customer service agent tried to convince me that I had a 4 month package that included Oct. I pointed out that I AM CONFIDENT OF WHAT I AGREED TO, AND IVE NEVER BEEN BOTHERED BY MOSQUITOS IN OCTOBER...I asked for a return call from a Supervisor. No call back. I called again and spoke with B*****. She was rude! Issue is still not resolved. Summarily, all PN agents who have visited my home have been great , but the business practices are frustrating.

My experience with our PestNow representatives and treatments is good. I would rate it 4 or 5 stars; however, they do not notify us when they are coming for treatments. Not knowing when they are scheduled for treatments does not give me a chance to be home.

We had PestNow doing quarterly maintenance on our home, and the technician that continued to service our home did the absolute bare minimum. So much so that when my tenant called out where they believe the rodents were coming from, he told us "yeah, that's something you guys should take care of" and simply walked away doing nothing but "cleaning cobwebs" around the exterior of our house. We have since canceled our service with them.
