Falcon pest Management

We had wasp coming thru the ceiling in our guest room and bathroom. Falcon showed up within a cpl days and treated the outside and inside of the house. We haven't had issues for a cpl years since!!

They have been very responsive to our needs both inside and outside. Over the past 3 years they have managed to finally eliminate cicada killers. They would completely take over our backyard, every July and August. Great team to work with.

Falcon is the absolute best pest control I have ever used! We have been using falcon for about 2-3 years! They always respond quick! Tom is very personable professional respectful and gets the job done the first time! Pricing is beyond reasonable! Nothing is ever too big or small for him, from wasp and bee removal to spider and ant control…every time is always a priority! THANKS TOM!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Falcon Pest Management. I described the issue I was having with a yellow jacket hive in my walls and wasps all around the house. I was quoted a very reasonable price and they arrived 30 min early (after calling to confirm it was okay). He was extremely nice and professional. I was surprised how effective the treatment was. 24 hours later and we had no wasps or yellow jackets! I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

We have used Falcon for a couple of years now and have had wonderful results! Thom could not be more friendly and professional! He goes above and beyond, even fitting into tight areas to get the job done. We honestly only need them twice a year because they so thorough. I was shocked when I read some of these negative reviews......... Some people are just difficult to please... WE APPRECIATE YOU, Thom!

Sad, but true...customer service is beyond poor. They would make an appointment, then not show. When I connected, I was given an excuse and then another appointment. When they didn’t show again (no phone call or text as requested), I reached out again and heard another excuse and given another appointment. I have been waiting for our follow up since June. It is now mid August and we are infested with lantern flies and 3 no shows. I feel they have no respect for me as a female or my time. Very sad to have had to write this. It is disappointing and disrespectful.

I was with them for about a year I would say. Up until a past few months things were fine. I had my pregnant daughter use them and the first time she had a spray appointment, they did not show due to a personal emergency. She had to call and call before someone even bothered to tell her. Weeks went by, finally she was able to get the ants under control with them, but still was having issues. I have all the calls and text I sent documented and have NO issue showing them because no one returns calls, just texts from the "very busy" secretaries according to the owner Tom. My daughter had another appointment and no one showed due to a bee emergency, which again we understand, but no one called her. I called as did she again and again and text these very busy secretaries to see if we could make an appointment for her. Mind you she is due with her daughter in the beginning of September which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. My daughter is a high risk pregnancy to begin with. I FINALLY heard back from Tom and I explained that I wasn't happy and that we are good enough to take our money, but not good enough for a 30 second phone call. He told me his secretaries are paid WELL and they are VERY BUSY! They handle all these schools and big companies which was his answer to a client that was upset about the common courtesy of a phone call. Common courtesy of a phone call? What is the issue with that? Now my family owns the Baltimore Magazine and they are very much in the public eye. I am usually quiet about things, but this is not okay. The same day I spoke with Tom and his attitude, he made it very clear that he would call my daughter. Guess what? He never did and she has still tried calling him twice since because she has wasps all around her front door and she doesn't need to get hurt. So......Tom, I can certainly provide ALL my phone logs and texts. There are 3 numbers we have and I have all that info. You need to make this right for her, so she can get through the next month or 2. They paid you! As for me, we still have issues with wasps as well and spiders but I will gladly deal with them before you ever take another penny from my husband! Tiffany Geppi

I have worked with them for over 3 years and have never had an issue. There has never been a late or missed appointment and they have even come with no appointment when I have had a bug emergency! I have never seen anybody so enthusiastic about finding and eliminating bugs!! He stands by his work and Is reasonable. Being in customer service, I am sensitive about the service I receive and they definitely have earned my business. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family too. Most recently I asked for extra attention to two special trees in the wake of the spotted lantern fly. They treated them and so far I have not had an issue while there are so many reports of them everywhere.

Had an appointment, no one showed. No one called to say they could not make it. I called twice after they missed the appointment to find out why they did not show. No one answered, left Two Messages. No one has called me back. Not very professional to stand someone up and not return calls.
