These guys suck. This entire location is just awful, the people are awful, management has no idea whats going on, their employees are lazy…. They cancelled on me FOUR times and i was required to take off of work FOUR times to allow them inside my home. They charged me $1,600 to clean the inside of my drop ceilings, but upon further investigation, they didnt even clean the ceilings!!!! They trashed my house, they dont care about your time or your home, and they have a major attitude problem from

As a first time homeowner, this was very frustrating and a waste of money. Orkin had someone come out who on multiple occasions gave me wrong information as my rodent problem worsened. He told me there was only one mouse (there so far have been over 6), after I told him about the 6, he said that there wouldn't be anymore (there were more), he told me they wouldn't leave my kitchen area (I've seen them all over the house on both floors). The Cockeysville branch is Terrible never answers the phone. Gives you the run around they do not know what product they use for termites and they can't tell you what kind of termites they are. Just wanted to see if they used termidor or similar but know one seems to know. I'm sure the inspector would appreciate that we won't waste his time with a free inspection.
