I CALLED CONCERNING LAWN SERVICE AND PRICING. SPOKE WITH KIM AND SHE WAS WONDERFUL. I HAD REACHED OUT TO A COUPLE OF OTHER LAWN SERVICE COMPANIES, AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER, KNEW I WOULD GO WITH HILLSIDE LAWN SERVICE. QUICKLY RESPONDED WITH OPTIONS AND PRICING VIA EMAIL, AND AFTER SIGNING UP THEY WERE OUT WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. THE LAWN TECH REACHED OUT THE DAY BEFORE COMING OUT AND ALTHOUGH I CAN'T SPEAK FOR QUALITY AT THE MOMENT BECAUSE MY FIRST APPLICATION WAS ONLY TODAY, I HAVE NO WORRIES THAT I CHOSE THE RIGHT COMPANY!!

zach, is such a great tech. He takes the time to explain just what he doing for that service application, Hillside really keeps my lawn top tier, I have a neighbor that says when he rides by he just wants to stop and roll around in my grass, it's so green and thick. having the corner house I try to make sure the outside looks it's best and Hillside truly helps me the outside. Zach is a bonus I get having Hillside services

A most professional company. Communication with customers is superb; we are always notified before lawn treatments and again afterwards with specific applications. Weeds in our lawn are going bye-bye. I do wish they could eradicate bermuda grass but I guess that is a most resilient weed.

Having received recommendations from a couple of friends, I contacted Hillside in August. Please note that my experience with Hillside is limited to one visit/application. I contracted and pre-paid for aeration and overseeding. The Hillside crew didn’t show up to aerate and overseed my lawn until October 25th, which in my opinion, is way too late. Aeration and overseeding should be done in September, not late October. In late October the growing season is over. In fact, they performed the service after the first frost. This is disappointing. As I wrote above, my review should be considered knowing that my experience with Hillside is very limited - only one visit. However, I won’t pay $400 next year for a repeat of what I just experienced. I feel like I threw away a significant amount of money for a poor result. Maybe my lawn will recover and look fine in the Spring. Presently, the appearance is poor.

So far so good! My lawn used to be nothing but random weeds that needed constant mowing. After one full season with Hillside, doing everything they recommended, like seeding and aeration, it’s completely turned around. Still green deep into fall. Definitely sticking with them.

Estimate was 3 months late. Competitor was the lawn service I went with because Hillside said they could not kill this type of grass. The competitor does though.

Be careful when using this company. No one person or company is perfect. After three years a discerning pattern was noticed. Hard to believe it was by mistake. First year a very expensive service was performed (Aeration and over-seeding) without my authorization. When I questioned this they said they reached out by email but got no response. They took that as a yes for the service. Second year when Hillside sent out their yearly service the Aeration and Seeding was on the quote at a very low price. When I saw this price I called and questioned the price and I was assured this was no mistake. I jumped at the great deal and paid for the yearly service in full. When fall came around 2 week prior to the aeration and seeding I received a call from Hillside saying a mistake was made on the price of this service and they could not honor the price that I already paid in full for. They best they could do was a partial service. To top it off it was in a part of the yard where grass was killed by one of their previous application. Third year received the yearly offer with the same unbelievable price for Aeration and Seeding. I again question this and I’m still waiting for a response. Needless to say their services won’t be needed.

My surveillance cameras recorded the service they provided. It was a long one minute operation. Yes ONE minute! No service around the house on the outside lawn was recorded. I submitted my video to the company, and asked for the bill to be waived. Rob agreed in "good faith". I just received a note from a collecting agency. Nice job Hillside!

They do a good job but are way to expensive. I have tried other lawn services and never got gouged like this before .I received a $290 bill ,Merry Christmas to me.I canceled them and won't refer them to anyone. else.
