Could not be more happy with this company…. My wife heard a weird noise on our 2nd floor ceiling and I come upstairs to investigate I see a tiny hole in the ceiling with some insect eating their way through…. Within minutes it breaks through and it’s yellow-jackets…. Hundreds of them start coming into my house (and I’m very allergic). Panic immediately sets in…. My wife called Dependable Pest Management and they sent a tech out (Patrick) immediately. Patrick quickly identified the issue and killed the yellow jackets inside, treated where they were coming in, sealed it…. Then went outside and treated where they were coming in…. I could not be more happy with the service we received and will be recommending this company to anyone who needs pests services…. A++++

I use Dependable Pest Management where I live because there was a problem with ants. Now I get regular visits from Dependable and bugs are no where to be seen. Great pricing and great service from a locally owned company.

Dave at Dependable Pest Management is amazing! Super nice guy, with a very nice, and knowledgeable staff. We've been using DPM as our general pest managers for about a year. We've never had any issues since they started, and if we find anything, we let them know, and it gets taken care of. They are very conscious of any sensitive areas in our business, where we don't want any treatment performed. Only had to tell them one time, and it always get taken care of the right way. Use DPM to keep your house or business bug and rodent free!

My landlord used this company for a flea infestation left by prior tenants. The exterminator showed up 3 hours late and was only able to complete half the job. When we requested he reschedule he refused because he didn’t have availability. He didn’t inform us that people with breathing problems would have to be out of the house for 8 hours and because he came so late we had to re enter the home after 4 hours even though I have chronic asthma. We conveyed this to him and he still refused to reschedule. He even attempted to belittle me because I have a medical marijuana card and was concerned about the effects of the chemicals on my asthma. When he was supposed to return for a follow up spray he was on vacation. When he finally arrived 3 weeks later he reported to my landlord that I had a pet because was pet-sitting a friends 10 week old kitten. She was locked in a kennel and everything. My landlord threatened to terminate my lease. The fumigation was a success when it was finally completed but the customer service was ridiculous.

Had an appointment scheduled from 10-12. Took time off of work and they never showed and did not answer the phone. Received an email the next day showing that my appointment had been rescheduled. Needless to say, we are finding a new company!

After finding a pile of fine saw dust on the threshold of my front entry door, I contacted Dependable Pest Management to assess the situation (termites???), having read their very favorable reviews. Set up an appointment for one of their exterminators to come out and check things out within a couple of days. On that day, the gentleman arrived at my home within the time frame I'd been given and conducted a thorough assessment of the problem area and then the entire perimeter of my home. His finding? Carpenter bees. Seems a fledgling colony had burrowed through an unpainted/unstained entry door. I was provided with detailed instructions on how to treat this issue, as well as simple preventative measures to minimize any future issues. Relieved, knowing the relative ease in addressing this issue, I asked him how much I owed him for the visit. Now, maybe it's that I've become cynical, but I was really surprised when I was told that there was no charge for his service (despite the fact that I live about 30 minutes from their office in Chestertown). In this day and age, what a pleasure to have found a service oriented business that still prioritizes customer service. Thank you, Dependable!

Our family garage opened up for some intruders that we did not want in our garage. Dave at Dependable Pest sprung into action and got rid of all the issues we had in our garage. They now come to take care of our whole house and our office at work to make sure we are pest free! I would recommend this Company to anyone. They are Great!

Have used them for several years with no issue. This year received a bill for work that could not have been performed as no one was home at the time. Months of going back and forth with their billing department have not solved anything. I will not use or recommend this company any more. Anyone using them keep an eye on your bill.
