Mosquito Squad of The Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware

Friendly, reliable service. I be purchased the Yard Defender program, primarily for mosquito control. Disappointing results throughout the season. We live adjacent to a large pond, which likely contributed to the ineffective results.

We live surrounded by lots of tall trees and brackish water. We have in-ground irrigation for most of the lawn. We tried almost every possible mosquito killing device, including an expensive Mosquito Magnet and similar devices while at the same time paying TruGreen to spray regularly along with the lawn treatment. Nothing made a dent in the harassment we received from mosquitos, especially in the evening. A friend who has several acres of lush gardens recommended Mosquito Squad and gave me their number. After only one treatment things vastly improved. After two treatments we cancelled the True Green treatment. After the 4th treatment, we couldn’t find a single mosquito around our house. So, we returned the CO2 tank required for one of our several mosquito devices and put them all away for good. We’ll start up the Mosquito Squad service again next Spring.

We have a large pool in our backyard and our property backs to the woods which would attract a ton of mosquitoes. We hired Mosquito Squad in the Spring and had them come out every three weeks. The guys that did the service were all excellent! Also I received texts and updates as needed. Overall, I am very satisfied and plan on giving them a call for next season.

We get the yard defender and fly traps for the last few years. Our backyard used to be impossible to sit on the deck until Mosquito squad started servicing our yard a few years ago. Now everyone ask how we don't have anything flying around even when we have crabs and seafood boils. Definitely getting it next year as well.

Great customer service. Unfortunately it seemed to rain after every treatment I had. Only complaint is the technician burned my grass each time he mixed chemicals upon arrival so I ask going forward to please not mix in the grass and do it in my driveway. We have several chemical burns now in the yard

Mosquito squad is the best. The most affordable option in the area. They are super communicative. They call/text before every appointment to give you a heads up and eta. They also immediately came out after I called saying we were still having some tics. Haven’t seen any since they treated the yard and haven’t found any on the dogs! Highly recommended.

So far very good. Mosquitoes have decreased significantly. While setting up the service was easy, I would appreciate some confirmation they have been here, like a door hangar or yard sign etc.

Carrie, and The Squad have been amazing all season. These guys really know what they are doing. We have been customers for a couple of years now. Thanks to Mosquito Squad we are able to enjoy our yard with no issues. Thanks again Carrie and The Squad for your GREAT service!!!

Mosquito Squad Eastern Shore is fantastic. We called on a Friday and they were out on Monday to spray. Their staff are extremely pleasant to work with. Their quick with responses and quotes. Julie was available to answer all my questions as well. We can not say enough great things about this company! 10/10 would recommend

One of the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. Called to say the gentleman that did my yard failed to do my back yard or the side between myself and neighbors. I also questioned why it wasn't done close to the waterfront. The gentleman's response was it's not allowed by the water, ok I get that but what about my backyard. There was no response so I told my husband and he went to talk to the gentleman who immediately said my husband called him a liar, no he absolutely did not. I sent an email just explaining that our backyard was not done and they responded with a phone call saying they cancelled our contract because they can't satisfy us. I am sorry but if I am paying for the entire yard to be treated that what I expect. We were in our house and he did not do the entire back yard or side. She proceeded to say they wear cameras, my response, show me because he did not do it. Many times they cancelled my appointment because of weather , not sure where their office is but my house was sunny and no rain. Something good always comes from something bad so on to a more reputable company with better service. Your response still does not address the fact that he did not do entire yard that we were paying for and then you , or whoever the lady on the phone was, lied about it. We were in our home watching the process. Half of our property was not treated at all , so you can say whatever makes you feel better. Total rip off

We hired Mosquito Squad to spray before our backyard wedding, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Their teamwork did not go unnoticed, from setting fly traps to spraying more than once, they made sure our big day was completely bug-free. Julie, Camden, and Colton were amazing to work with—professional, friendly, and thorough. Thanks to them, we and our guests could enjoy the celebration without swatting at bugs. Truly a necessity for any outdoor event. Highly recommend!

Best investment I have made for the summer . The guys were super professional. Carrie was a pleasure to schedule with. Camden and Colton showed up gave me a run down on what to expect and got straight to work. I am so happy to have my backyard back. cookouts all summer!!!!!

Good customer service, but the product is not that effective. We had to have multiple re-sprays this summer
