Do not recommend. We used Kirkwood for years. Viking since bought Kirkwood and the phone customer service is terrible. I cancelled a service though their text system but it was not cancelled on the technicians calendar. He showed up and sprayed outside even though I cancelled (not the techs fault). When I called to complain, I was escalated to a manager who assured me he would make it right, including returning to spray the inside of my home and not charging me for the inside or outside…

A technician named Gabriel Cesar is awful. He came to my house a few times and did nothing. In fact, he came on June 11, 2025 and he asked me if I saw any rodents. I told him "no," but I asked him to check the traps in the basement. He said he was busy and so rudely and unprofessionally left without doing a damn thing.
