We called David with a pest emergency and he was there that very evening to get it taken care of. David is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the service he provides, and has been very collaborative and educative with helping our family address our concern. We appreciate the care, flexibility, planning, transparency and teamwork that has been included in our service and definitely recommend him throughout all regions that he serves.

Had signs of termite damage in my bedroom and bathroom after a tree fall, and looked online for a local business to come look and treat my problems. David is the guy who answered my call - and every text. Any questions I had before, during, afterwards of the treatment, he was prompt in responding. He really helped me understand what he was doing and why he would recommend specific things or processes over others. Highly recommend going to him for any future pest issues (though hopefully for me, it'll be the last for a long while!)

Called to get a quote. Went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. Update: Thank you for your quick response. After getting your full inbox (I assure you it was full), I preceded to your website and went to your contact us page to look for an email as I understand not everyone can answer every call. I did not see a email so my attempts to reach you ended there. Your voicemail wasn’t full this morning, I was able to leave a message. Hopefully we can chalk this up to poor timing on my part and move forward. I look forward to hearing from you.

I cannot recommend this business any higher. The owner is incredibly helpful, explaining each step of the flea removal process, and how he can apply it to your individual needs. He was more intent on making sure he could fulfill my needs before ever broaching price. His mannerisms are extremely professional while still maintaining a very approachable and friendly manner. CANNOT SUGGEST THESE GUYS ANY HIGHER: THEY ARE CREAM OF THE CROP

This gentleman is very professional and curious, very respectful of our time and our home. The service was excellent and he is clearly very passionate about his business which is what we were hoping for, not just some big company who doesn't care.

I have used Dave for a year now. Started with an ant infestation and he responded quickly and effectively. I have not seen any bugs whatsoever. He treated my house for termites and recently found evidence of mice and is treating that as well. He is ways communicative and has great prices for his excellent work.

His driving is absolutely reckless and stupid, maybe stick to bug control and not driving.

I called them because I have yellow jackets in my siding. I didn't get an answer, which is fine, I just called the next number in the list. I got a call back from someone who said they were the exterminator returning my call. I told them the situation and they asked if the yellow jacket nest was behind the siding or if I could see the nest. I said that they were behind the siding. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I would have to remove the siding so that they could take care of the yellow jackets. Now, that just doesn't sound right. If I were able to remove the siding, exposing myself to the hundreds of yellow jackets behind it, would I really need to be contacting an exterminator? I would probably just be able to take care of them myself, right? Save yourself a phone call and go straight to Orkin. I asked them if I needed to remove the siding and they said no. I'm guessing they have the right equipment to get the job done without exposing the customer to unnecessary risks.

Never finished the treatment but surely took my money. Wants to talk directly on the phone so there is no accountability for his word. Wouldnt answer text questions just sent call me. Not happy at all with his service or attitude. Dont use him.
