John Curran came out and got right to work, he handled and disposed of a deceased rodent that i found in my yard and was thorough in his investigation into what i assumed was a serious issue. John was all over the yard, digging through the fence line, inspecting structures and even walking the areas around my property to try and find activity to which he returned to my yard and inspected for burrows, taking his time, with a flashlight in hand and concentration in his steps. I was sure that i was done for, but Johns honesty in that i may have an issue on my hand but that i didn't have an infestation which i had previously assumed; allowed me a sigh of relief. Customer service is a lost art, and manners are in short supply, no matter where you look in any industry these days. What i didn't expect was the level of professionalism, the polite mannerisms and the straightforwardness and honesty that was displayed by Brody Brothers Pest Control John Curran. The level of excellence Brody brothers exhibits is stellar. Every tech they send out is like a chick fil a level service and professionalism We were have a baby due in August, my wife was concern about rodents and hygiene with a newborn. Leo, our Brody brothers tech, came through and made it his personal mission to make our space ready for the newborn. For the past 2 months he’s been coming every other week, hunting for penetration hole, setting trap and offering recommendation. Leo found a door guard failure at our back door and then sent me the URL to find it. He uncovered a hidden hole in the foundation of our front wall today and patched it up. At every one of his visits, he is polite, steadfast, cordial, and instills a great sense of confidence. Leo and the Brody brother services are phenomenal. They are a game changer.

Had a very large yellow jacket nest in the eave of my roof Brody brothers was able to easily take care of this. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Brody always provides a great service! I was scheduled for my quarterly inspection. Steven was Brody’s representative performing the inspection and he did a thorough job. He inspected the exterior and and interior of my home in a very professional manner.

I am super satisfied with Brody Brothers. I don’t know why I hadn’t use them instead of the other company. The techs and staff are super knowledgeable of what they do and very professional. From the moment I was contacted, after submitting a request for more information, they have been nothing but wonderful. Don’t waste your hard earned money on those other companies they will deplete you of your money and you will still have issues. Get smart and allow Brody Bothers and their staff help you get rid of any issues you may have with.

If I experience any pest issues at all, I know that I can call Brody for it to be addressed quickly and effectively. I have used Brody for all of my pest control and prevention needs (I have the home protection plan) and I have had a great experience every single time! It offers such peace of mind to know that I am guaranteed prompt and effective service for ANY pest issues that I have. They also seem to take great care of their employees! I highly recommend this company!

We recently signed up for Brody Brothers termite and pest protection plan. This involved the installation of Sentricon bait stations for termite colony elimination and annual monitoring, and application of insecticide treatment around the house perimeter. Since we are unaware of any current infestation problem we signed on mainly as a preventative measure and I can’t yet comment on the efficacy of the treatments. I can say that Tim Mitzelfelt did a good job with the initial inspection and explaining the nature of their protection plan. The entire Brody Bros operation— website, office, techs and call center— seems to be well-run and efficient.

We’ve had ongoing issues with wasps and ants, and Brody Brothers Pest Control has been fantastic. Their team is friendly, professional, and always takes care of our immediate needs, but what really stands out is how thoroughly they assess the property each time they visit. They walk through everything in detail, explain what they’re seeing, and give us clear updates on the situation. Scheduling is always easy, and they’re happy to answer questions and share information about the pests and the methods they’re using to control them. We’ve seen a huge difference since we started working with them, and I’d recommend Brody Brothers to anyone looking for effective, reliable pest control.

I have to say, every person I’ve talked to at Brody Brothers has been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their service is outstanding - from the office staff to the technicians who come to your home. They’re flexible, professional, and really know their stuff. I highly recommend them!

The gentleman who came out wasn't willing to complete all tasks inside or outside home. Did bare minimum and didn't even put sticky back where they were normally.

I called to schedule a one time service and they would not even schedule an appointment without having me pay a one time fee of $499 and then I would have to pay a monthly fee of $55. All of this without even coming to my property. I called another company that will be out this week. Ridiculous business plan.

These folks won’t step foot on your property unless you sign up for 1 year of service. Terrible business model for consumers. I agreed to the $300 fee to solve my Ant issue, he lost me after $57 a month.

No longer offer 1-time services as in the past, now only offer annual plans for over $1000. Over priced and not helpful.

You shouldn't be sending stuff like this out on Christmas Day shame on you

The technicians were so friendly & helpful! I hate mice! 😱🐀🚫 The tech really put me at ease & got rid of the mice in my house in Bel Air quickly! I signed up for the annual service & haven't had a problem since! 5⭐

They are an extremely nice group of people, however, I've not gotten the results promised after about 6 months . Very disappointed in the lack of progress

“Brody Brothers Harford County” does not service homes in Harford County even though their statement says so?? Receptionist needed full name and phone number before she put me on hold to even see if I was in the service area (I’m in Harford County) then to tell me that don’t service Forest Hill.
