Payton always shows up on time and is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is always able to answer any questions we have!

I reached out to this company to have a licensed entomologist to come inspect my attic and they supposedly have one on staff. The licensed entomologist who called James Tate was extremely rude and tried to diagnose my medical issues and advised that he would basically charge me so much money I couldn’t afford it. After I advised that money was not a question he then advised that he doesn’t want to “fool with it” and hung up in my face. I’ll also be contacting any and all licensure boards. I will gladly take my money to another company that is professional and actually has an entomologist with a degree on staff and not one who took a Groupon class.

Will not use this company again. Initially sprayed my house almost a month ago and we are still seeing roaches, spiders and slugs and this is a brand new house. I called to see if they would come again and was told that it would be another $65 in addition to the $95 that I paid initially since we were on quarterly sprayings. I think that's ridiculous so, I will be cancelling service soon and going with another pest control company.
