The service was scheduled and not on time. Jeff, came in and was very professional and did the annual preventative service the outside of the house for termites. My main issue was Jeff found some issue with foundation of the house and made some minor mark on the receipt, No mention to me, and I was there with the technician. Tommy was excellent, real knowledgeable. The guys who came to do the install of stations just walked into the back after ringing the bell, spooked my wife who had forgotten about the appointment. Give a ring next time. Aside from that they did thorough job, stations all around, and cleaned up nicely. Thanks guys.
