Every month I get the mosquito treatment and William is always helpful and takes care of the service to ensure I dont have any mosquito bites.

Someone was suppose to call me and follow up with my inquiry from yesterday regarding these new online payments not revealing if in fact the payment I make falls under the appropriate address as I have a few houses and all are with Arrow. Don't want to make two payments on the same property.

Our billing team will contact you promptly to confirm which property each online payment will apply to so you don’t accidentally pay the same house twice. When making a payment, please verify the account or property number shown on the payment screen and save the confirmation email or receipt that lists the address. If a duplicate payment does occur, we will work with you to correct it or issue a refund.
At 1st we had a problem getting a service representative out. They canceled on the initial date I was scheduled for. Almost a week later I received the representative by the name of joushua and he was very professional

Tommy was excellent, real knowledgeable. The guys who came to do the install of stations just walked into the back after ringing the bell, spooked my wife who had forgotten about the appointment. Give a ring next time. Aside from that they did thorough job, stations all around, and cleaned up nicely. Thanks guys.

The service was scheduled and not on time. Jeff, came in and was very professional and did the annual preventative service the outside of the house for termites. My main issue was Jeff found some issue with foundation of the house and made some minor mark on the receipt, No mention to me, and I was there with the technician. In spite of being with Jeff, he did not even discuss the issue with me in person at the time so I could understand. I had to email customer services and then they had to schedule him to come back to explain the issue total waste of time for both the company and myself. If this issue had not been addressed by me the contract could have been null and voided.

I'm glad Jeff performed the exterior termite service professionally, but it was unacceptable that the finding wasn't discussed while you were present. We've shared your feedback with field management so technicians are required to review and explain any findings on-site and document them clearly. Our customer care team will follow up to confirm the issue has been fully explained and any necessary next steps are understood.
