The West Monroe, Louisiana Terminix field office is a complete joke. I have reached out numerous times regarding a mice treatment I paid $160 for, and the service was never completed. Technician Cody Evans showed up, sprayed my house for insects instead of addressing the mice issue, then told me he would return to place bait traps. He never came back.
