Mr Gary done an excellent job. He’s super friendly and will answer all of your questions if you have any. I’d definitely recommend him! He also gave our dogs treats which was very thoughtful. Our dogs loved him!

Rusty is always very professional, but also very personable. He makes certain that any questions we have are answered, and that we are completely protected.

They did a pest control service at my house on 05/31, outside and inside, they said they will be back in one month and if we see anything meanwhile, they will do a free follow-up spray. This morning, just after 5 days, my little daughter saw a very big, full alive, and running cockroach in the bathroom and screamed. I killed the roach using a slipper and immediately called them. They said that we should still expect to see cockroaches(!) and tried to blame the rain and everything and when I asked for the promised follow-up spray, they denied such promise and said they don't offer follow-up spray. The attitude of the lady responding to the call was very unprofessional. She didn't even try to resolve the issue. Very dissapointed. I will tell all my students and colleagues at LAtech to stay away from them.

He is always very polite and efficient but I had to provide him with a mask as he is not vaccinated. And I ask him each time he comes. Your technicians should always wear masks when wntering people’s homes!!

Waited all morning for the call from Best to meet the inspector as we had arranged. Finally I called to make sure I hadn't missed a call. They said it was good timing because the inspector was just finishing the last job. I live 15 minutes away but I got there in good time, and the inspector wasn't there. I waited about 10 minutes then called. I waited another 10 minutes and called again. I called 4 times. They couldn't tell me where the inspector was. They never initiated a phone call to me, I had to keep calling to try to get a status update. Horribly unprofessional service, I would avoid them for inspections. The person answering the phone was friendly enough, but evidently Best does not have adequate internal communication protocols. Looks like it will be ok though, a better local company was able to help me the same day.
