I’m on the monthly plan and I got charged on 7/15. Might I add, I’ve never missed a payment. 3 days later I’m charged again for 84.00. No one can explain nothing on why? I requested my money back and didn’t hear back from anyone. Don’t use this company. They used to be really good, but not anymore. I was told they got to talk to management and call me back. No call! Update: Mgmt followed up. Changing due to the professionalism of Rebecca calling me and getting everything rectified. Thank you both for assisting.

I am never a person to leave a review. Whether its a good or bad service experience, i take them with a grain of salt. But this company here made me have to break out of character with the lack of service, care or any action taken to service my home.I googled an exterminar near me and this company popped up. I say ok il support local, so i called to request a free estimate. A time and date was scheduled. So how come NO ONE showed up !! I waited all day for someone to come, pushing myu plans back, and no one bothered to show up or call! So I call and leave a voicemail trying to understand what happened and here 4 days later still no respone, call, visit NOTHING! K cool. Il take my money elsewhere. Yal deserve a negetive star!

Called 3 times and no call back. I've used their service years ago then moved out of area. Was happy to use a company I trusted. I had asked for a call to schedule an appointment for after 5. Was told I would receive a call more than once. It's sad that my business isn't worthy of a phone call.

Service was great, prices very reasonable, everything was great up until I wanted to cancel my service because I was selling the property and no longer needed the service. I called to cancel my service contract, which I had already paid in full. I was told no problem. Then a month later, I receive an invoice. I called again and was told to just ignore the invoice. A couple weeks later, I get a call about renewing my contract, which again i told them I wanted the contract cancelled. They apologized and again said no problem. Now over three months from my first call to cancel the service contract because I sold the property, I get a statement and another invoice both stating "cancel due to non-payment". I think a better reason would be "cancel upon customer request" or nothing at all or even a "sorry to see you go, please keep us in mind for your future needs" Prior to the issue in cancelling the contract, I would have recommended this company to anyone. However, this issue alone and especially the reason stated has left a terribly sour taste regarding this company.

Fast and friendly techs. Come out whenever there is an issue. The only reason I don't give 5 star, is that we had a rats issue and the offered some support...but just needed more than a sticky trap. Still have and will continue contract!
