I called two companies about a rodent problem. American Exterminating was the only one to call me back. He said he would be here in five minutes and he was. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the entry points to the house for the rodents, and baited the attic. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have any more pest issues.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for someone from this company to come and spray my house. They've made many and promise to come that they haven't kept. I've tried to call and cancel but the number goes straight to a voicemail that says their voice mailbox isn't set up yet. You're supposed to be a professional organization, ACT LIKE IT!!!!
