Mason was very courteous and thorough. He contacted me when he arrived, and we walked around my yard and checked all of my stations. Again, he was very thorough and replaced any that needed replacing or were damaged. I would give him a. 5 star rating.

Very friendly customer service while setting up with Samantha Sanchez. She went over all my options and wasn’t pushy like many companies today. When I mentioned cost, she completely understood and went in depth on everything from cheapest to most expensive. The tech that came out for the service was Timothy Kirby and he was also very nice and informational, I hope he’s the one to always come for my treatments. 10/10 recommend

Unreliable and bad customer service. Morning of the tech calls me while I’m working and expects me to pick up. Goes to voicemail. Decides to no-show the appointment without checking to see if anyone is home for an outside-only appointment (there was). Normal reaction should have been to ring the doorbell. Their system automatically reschedules me twice on days that don’t work for me and I have to call to cancel the first because we’re out of town and reschedule the second. Finally get another day that works and I call the morning of to give the tech instructions on which gate to use...then get another no-show. Turns out the secretary booked the wrong day in their calendar (was standing in front of mine to write down the appointment as I made it). Earlier that morning the other secretary “didn’t notice” their calendar had me the following week when I called. She tells me a supervisor will call me back shortly but never does.
