Cory was pleasant and friendly. He noticed a large ant pile on the way in and treated it before I even mentioned it. He made sure to ask if I had any additional concerns and did a thorough job throughout the interior and exterior of my home. Polite and respectful.

Steve was prompt and knowledgeable about our home history and provided good advice to keep the property protected.

This is my home. After each service call. I still see roaches in the morning when I walk into the kitchen. They don't ever seem to go away. I'm wondering if there is a stronger poison, the best control man can use?

The job is not complete, the technician got rained out. He was able to trench around the house and drill hole on porch and driveway.

First time using this company I call this company out for a pest control service as I arrived to my home the guy went around my house with the spray and spray inside in out my house I thought everything was ok until I notice I had spray all over my truck for example on my windows, doors, hood, I mean all over the place I found believe it I had to was my whole truck. When I call the service manager Kerry he ask for pictures and proof like I was lying I could not believe that worse experience ever I had to call Arrow pest control to come out in put me under contract I will never use Terminix on the north shore.
