Hi Charles,<br>Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us on the phone! We’re happy we could clear up the difference between the termite service and our general pest control service. You were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to keeping your home protected in the future.
Worst telephone customer service possible, “ESPECIALLY MAIN LOCATIONS BILLING DEPT”. No help in any way shape or form unless I could say the last four numbers of my rental properties bank account. Would not allow me to verify identity with ANY other information. Customer over five years with termite & pest service on monthly auto pay with NO prior late payments. ONE payment did not go through when Chase put temp hold on account for “possible fraud review “. NEVER contacted by anyone regarding this ONE missed payment until I JUST (Nov. 2025) received collection notice for $101.00!!!!!!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused.<br><br>Due to strict PCI-DSS compliance rules, we must verify the last four digits of the card for FDIC compliance and fraud prevention over the phone for verification or payment. While this may have felt inflexible, this process is in place so that the protection and security of our clients are at the forefront of our procedures.<br><br>After reviewing your account, once your payment was processed, we immediately notified the collection agency to stop all action. We’ve added a note to your account for extra care moving forward. <br><br>Thank you again for your many years with J&J Exterminating.
Shopping for a replacement as I write this. Customer since 2016 and every time I ask for an appointment or a follow-up , it take 2-3 phone calls with "promises" to call me back. I'll be glad when I sell this house to be rid of this contract.
