I am at small buisness owner. I was painting a home they serviced and they damaged the new paint job we had just completed. They paid for the material but we would have had to do a bunch of paper work to get our labor cost back. Unsatisfactory they cost me time and money I will not use them in the future. They cost me labor and I lost 2 days of work fixing it

Terribly run company. No one follows up with you or barely ever responds to emails. Totally messed up a refund check I’ve been fighting with them for months over because of their continued mess ups. And I gave them a second chance after issues with their service. Will not use them anymore and after several bad experiences. Will tell everyone about them. You reap what you sow!

I called yesterday to reschedule this appointment for July 28th and they came out anyway. They also left my damn gate open that could’ve resulted in me losing my dog or my friends dog. I’m extremely upset. Careless. I am really tired of the lack of communication within the company. No one talk to each other. What was the point of calling to reschedule if my request was going to be ignored anyway and then my gate open. I’ve had enough.

They ring the door bell to sell services at all hours of the day and evening. They are very persistent and don't understand "no", "we're not interested", "please don't come back", etc. It's aggravating. I'll never use these services just for these reasons.

They renew the contract without speaking with the home owner. Never show up to perform service. When they do come, they are using the same brands of pest control that anyone can purchase from the big box stores. Techs are not proficient in their chosen field. Damage to flower beds and eves of my house due to inexperienced techs. The account is under my wife's name. Shelby gachassin.

We hired Fox Pest control to spray the inside of our house for a infestation we had. We were told to leave so we sat outside in our car while the guy “sprayed” the house. We have a camera inside and he didn’t do ANYTHING! He barley sprayed the house and he was only inside for maybe 8 minutes. we paid $200 for him to tell us we’re going to need to do more treatment because “it’s so bad” We called them to cancel our services. They canceled it but still charged charged us twice totaling $96 because “it takes 30 days for the cancellation to kick in” We DID NOT receive anymore services after that and once we saw they charged us for the second time, we filed with our bank to get a refund. Now I got a collection in the mail from them and I will be fighting this. Don’t waste your time getting services from them. They’re a rip off and they don’t do anything.

Highly disappointed with this company. After having a contract with them for termites and protection; when we actually needed to be seen we were told the earliest would be a week even though we had a problem. After defending the company to their competitors that were trying to take their business I now see they were just trying to help us from making a huge mistake trusting a company that doesn't care about their customers. Take my advice and find someone better. I will be cancelling our contracts with them and making sure our neighbors know the truth about this company.

(6/3/22) Fox pest control came around about a month and a half ago to sell me some termite protection. The young man was very nice and signed me up for the termite protection gave me the price and scheduled the appointment. The appointment was for June 3 the guy came out to put holes in the yard and put in the termite protection. I was sitting in the house and all of a sudden my Internet goes out. The worker had already left so I called him and said “hey do you think you may have cut my Internet line?” and he said “oh yeah I probably did call AT&T and they’ll fix it and if it cost any money we will take care of it” I called AT&T right away and they couldn’t come out for an entire week. I was as you can imagine very upset about this. I had a party scheduled for that weekend and I have a four-year-old child who lives on the Internet I called Fox pest control and the young lady who picked up was very apologetic and told me that a supervisor would get back to me on Monday no one got back to me to apologize, to explain, to say anything. So imagine my frustration today when thr company who has obviously forgot to call me back did remember to pull the $500 out of my account for the termite service and the privilege for having no internet for an entire week due to a mistake by their employee. I say all this to say that I will likely not renew my contract with Fox pest control next year. (7 months ago) Devin R. called before he came was very prompt did an inspection and discussed some of the issues. He did the inside treatment gave us a lot of information and then did the outside treatment and told us what the next steps will be. Super nice guy would definitely hire this company again

This sales representative never told me verbally that I was signing a contract. First, I was under the impression that I was paying for a one time service fee. Then, I was billed every month. After calling the company, I was notified that I signed up for a contract. The girl who falsely advertised the service never stated that I was signing up for a contract. I had to pay $195.00 dollars just to get out of the contract. Unfortunately, I only received services from this company during the initial visit and no other time. With everything going up such as food and gas, nobody can afford to be mislead in more debt. When Pest Control comes to your home, do not sign anything. You will be paying a monthly fee for quarterly service. I’m informing you that you’re signing a contract since the rep won’t notify you verbally BEFORE signing.
