Unfortunately, the service was not good. They came once (in May) and never once returned a phone call and we still have a problem. We’ve called multiple times trying to reach someone and left messages and nobody retuned a phone call. WASTE OF MONEY. In the end, we’re having to take care of this ourselves. I scheduled a morning appointment with your company today, but unfortunately, no one followed up or arrived as expected. After waiting for some time, I called to confirm the appointment, and I was assured that someone was on the way. I had a potential bee infestation and called Delta Pest to arrange for an inspection. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Shawn came out to do the inspection early the next morning and arrived right on time. He answered all of my questions. He had a wealth of knowledge about my situation.
