Unfortunately, the service was not good. They came once (in May) and never once returned a phone call and we still have a problem. We’ve called multiple times trying to reach someone and left messages and nobody retuned a phone call. WASTE OF MONEY. In the end, we’re having to take care of this ourselves. The amount paid for what we got and no phone called returned at all, it wasn’t worth it. THANKFULLY, what we found to treat the home actually works (picture below)! And it doesn’t cost nearly a

If you have pests, call Cottom’s! We had a horrible red squirrel situation and they were so thorough and so patient with us. At one point, 4 different team members came to the house at 4 different times in one week to figure out what was going on. Amazing service, very reasonably priced. We paid for service in the summer when we first started hearing the squirrel in the walls/attic and these squirrels are no joke. In the fall even more chewed their way into the house. I had a potential bee infestation and called Delta Pest to arrange for an inspection. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Shawn came out to do the inspection early the next morning and arrived right on time. He answered all of my questions. He had a wealth of knowledge about my situation. We agreed on a course of action. My opinion is that Delta Pest is highly deserving of consideration if you have need of the services of a pest control company. Ray Jones

My technician today was Mr. Stetson and he did amazing! Everyone who I’ve experienced with Terminix has been very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Mr. Stetson did a great job with explaining points that I didn’t even think to ask. I learned a lot today and I thank Terminix for the great service. 10/10 highly recommend!

Stetson is the absolute best! He is thorough, knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. He is always kind and friendly. In fact, when Terminix sent someone else in his place I planned to move to another company. It’s Stetson or no one for us!
