If you have pests, call Cottom’s! We had a horrible red squirrel situation and they were so thorough and so patient with us. At one point, 4 different team members came to the house at 4 different times in one week to figure out what was going on. Amazing service, very reasonably priced. We paid for service in the summer when we first started hearing the squirrel in the walls/attic and these squirrels are no joke. In the fall even more chewed their way into the house. Cottom’s was so on top of it—they didn’t even charge us for the additional patchwork and follow-ups, they only charged the capture fee which was a relief. The team members are also super knowledgeable about different pests and they answered every question we had. Worth every penny, don’t use Orkin or another big place like that—call Cottom’s!

Johnny is always on time and very friendly. He answers my questions and is thorough in his treatments. I never see bugs anymore.

I used Cotton’s and referred them to my clients for over 30 years. They treated my personal home for 27 years. Second time to find termites, and they are completely incompetent. Beware if you are using their services!

Never saw a pest, but good luck getting regular service. The technicians are constantly leaving, and it takes months to replace them. No one notifies you service will be delayed. No one shows up, unless you call and complain. A few months ago, I realized we were overdue, so I texted the technician. She told me she isn't working there anymore. I called Fox pest control and signed up. We've been with Fox all this year and have never heard from Cotton's again. Mind you, we never canceled. I guess they fired US.

The management is horrible and rude! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They have no idea how to talk to people or what customer service means. They cover up for their staff's shortcomings with nothing but hot air and excuses. STAY AWAY!!

Most terrible company to work with, really bad service and customer satisfaction they also don't pay their vendors. I won't recommend this company or any of there services.

They are pretty much scam artist they show up to my home with the wrong chemical after I done paid them and they refuse to go back the same day and come back with the correct chemical as needed for my problem so the lazy lady they sent just left without doing absolutely nothing I mean literally nothing so I called and asked for a refund then they offer to send someone the next day to do the job she didn't do the next day the same lady shows up with an attitude was disrespectful towards my wife and mother and raised her voice in front of my children the first thing out of her mouth was what do you expect me to do (I was thinking her job the service I paid them to do) that they literally didn't even try for the 2nd day in a row so I called again wanting a refund and they said there was absolutely no way they would give me a refund even when they did absolutely nothing literally they pretty much robbed me out of 100 dollars they are just horrible

Horrible service we have a roach problem and I payed these people to come they send this lazy woman who talks and sprays one or two times horrible service I will never do business with cotton and neither should any one else
