Orkin

I initially had a great experience with Orkin. The first visit was helpful, informative, and gave me confidence in the service. However, after that initial visit, the quality did not match what was promised. Follow-up service felt inconsistent, and the level of support dropped significantly. It ended up feeling more like a sales-driven experience rather than a solution-focused one. I expected the same level of thoroughness and reliability throughout, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Today Mike Konopka came by my house to do an annual inspection. He was very courteous, honest and professional. He performed all the checks and let me walk with him in case I had any questions. Afterwards he sit down and went over all his findings with me. Also, he told that Orkin also does insulation spraying and the cost. I had told him that I had planned on having new insulation blown in the attic and garage areas. He left me a card and I expressed that I would get back with him on that issu

I was not home when the Orkin agent arrived but my adult cousin had instructions to let him in so that he could access the attic. I was told that the inspection would include the outside of my home and the attic. Later that evening I was surprised and upset that the Orkin representative had been in my bedroom and master bath - there was a glue trap behind my toilet. I did not give Orkin permission to go into the private areas of my home; nor did Orkin say that they needed access to private area
