Termite prevention

Johnny is always a pleasure to work with. He communicates with us and is on time for every monthly service. We’ve enjoyed having him as our technician.

Blain came out to our home for the Annual Inspection for termites and everything looked good. Blaine was very professional, knowledgeable and polite!

Hard worker and has integrity

Mayson has been so good to us as customers. Very polite and conscientious too. We are grateful for him as our go to person.

I regret that I am having to share this, however I am truly disappointed. I have used Ja-Roy for termite prevention since 2003. Something has changed. I was SOLD a very expensive rodent exclusion service, however, I have yet to receive a copy of the signed contract. The service date was scheduled without confirming with me and I actually declined but no one responded. I allowed the service to be performed anyway and worked around JaRoys convenience. I expressed concerns during the very RUSHED appointment which was 5-Aug. Salesman assured me he was coming to the job and would present me and review the contract against the services being done. No show and haven’t heard from him since. No response to my messages. Yet I have a call center in a foreign country calling me for a 2800 payment on a CC # I did not give them and furthermore was approved and set up a 24 month payment plan. The guy doing the actual service gave me his phone # and offered to come back to carry items back to the attic and he is not responding either. I still have rodent poop on the shelving in the attic along with sheets of drywall that were never even removed. Was told that contents would be totally cleared and items being kept to be returned after disinfecting and reinsulation along with all access/entry area closure. Again, I have no contract, no evidence of what was in fact done and no salesman to follow up with or do a walk through. What I do have is a guy I can’t understand calling me at my work multiple times asking me for another cc to make a payment for which I did not agree. Let me also say that my husband and I worked tirelessly in the heat along side of the service techs in removing boxes and items from the patio to the removal area and to the curb. We assisted and made things as easy as we could. I’m really disappointed in things turning out so unexpectedly wrong!!!
