EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They did a phenomenal job! I haven't seen a roach in forever! Not even after a big rain or when it's super hot outside ... & we leave doors open sometimes for fresh air! PRICES ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!!! They answered all my questions, spoke to me like a friend, didn't rush & most of all-.I did not feel judged (we were in process of de-cluttering so it was a mess)! I will definitely use again & refer my friends and family!

I have been using ragin for a few years, we recently purchased a new home and decided to keep them. All of a sudden they started charging my card 2-3 months in advance. I spoke to someone and asked for them to not charge my card until service was provided. Well it has happened again. always an excuse blaming it on their system. Also after they provide service I continue to have small spiders in my house.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experiences with Ragin. It's definitely frustrating when a service provider doesn't meet expectations, especially when it comes to billing practices and the effectiveness of the service itself. It sounds like you've been a loyal customer for quite some time, and it's disheartening that this issue has arisen after your recent move.<br><br>It's unacceptable for any company to repeatedly charge your card in advance without providing the service first, especially after you've clearly communicated your preference. However, credit card processing companies change things to protect you (the consumer) and technology changes. Ragin can’t help that. Additionally, hearing that you're still encountering pests in your home after the service is concerning, re-treatments of your home are included with no additional cost. This is the first time we hear of the a pest issue. Please call/email/text the office to have your home re-treated.<br>

Love these guys. Chris always makes it out quickly when my husband freaks out over some new critter lol! Very thorough; I was impressed when they even went as far as to clean out the cobwebs in my garage. From removing a water moccasin nest in our front ditch, to fly deterrents to getting rid of the rodents that cane cutting season brought. Recommend to all of my neighbors.

Worst decision I have made. The worst company. One guy called and never showed up to our house. We called Rajun pest and left messages. No response. Tried to get in touch with Mr. Mario. He never called back. They charged us for a service that we never received and we received a bill from collection that we owe $110. I called the company left probably 10 messages- never got a call back. The issue is still not resolved. Save your money and go with some other company. It doesn’t even deserve one star.
