Arrow Termite & Pest Control - Lafayette

The initial treatment did not include everything that was in the quote for work; which meant I had to schedule a follow up appointment which was scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. When no one showed up, I had to call to find out why and was informed that their technicians don't work that day. My follow up appointment is not for 3 weeks. I am not impressed and will not renew with them.

Coupon was for 349 but after they came out the charge was 450 lol oh well

Michael did this service. He was very thorough spraying, sprinkling granules, getting into every crevice and under appliances. He also installed gel packs in cabinets. He went into the attic to sprinkle granules too. I am very pleased with his service today.

Did not get a call before technician arrived. That was the second time he came without anyone calling to schedule an appointment. Did not appreciate that.

Mr Aaron Lebeouf was very nice and very patience with answering all my questions. He did so in a very professional manner. He showed me all the products he would be using and the way he would be using them. I would like to request that Mr Aaron is the technician who will be coming out and spraying at our home. He was here perfectly on time, extremely courteous, practiced social distancing and covered.
