The initial treatment did not include everything that was in the quote for work; which meant I had to schedule a follow up appointment which was scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. When no one showed up, I had to call to find out why and was informed that their technicians don't work that day. My follow up appointment is not for 3 weeks. I am not impressed and will not renew with them.

Mr Aaron Lebeouf was very nice and very patience with answering all my questions. He did so in a very professional manner. He showed me all the products he would be using and the way he would be using them. I would like to request that Mr Aaron is the technician who will be coming out and spraying at our home.
