Well I paid $150 and it didn't work completely but they come out to my house and guaranteed me within a week if I still had some issues quickly they would rephrase the whole house for free which was nice to hear cuz I already spent money for bravecto for my dog now I have paid for service for my house and yard also and they guaranteed me they would cure the problem which was very nice for them to come out to resolve the issue if it wasn't completely resolved

Killer4Hire are true professionals. I’ve been using them for 3 years now and haven’t had any issues with the company or bugs! I’ve had a couple special requests for treatment and they arrived on time to take care of business. Don’t hesitate to call.

We use Killer for Hire for our personal residence and also our rental properties/projects. They are professional, easy to set up appointments with and offer electronic payment/auto billing. We have many less bug problems using them and they have always done a great job - from regular maintenance sprays to major bug/wasp issues!. We will continue using them for as long as we need bug service and are thankful they are in our area N Shreveport/Blanchard!

I was so impressed with the fact of how quick he responded, how great his attitude & customer service was, & especially how he took charge fast of the situation reassuring us that we were in great hands & had no need to worry any longer. Killer for Hire has been taking care of our homes and rent houses for more than twenty years. Their customer service is great, and we've never had any issues. Richard does our monthly prevention, and he is wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.

This was the worst pest control company we could have picked in Shreveport. After coming out to our house, they pushed a contract hard, even after we felt unsure we could pay for a contracted service. We went for the one time service. After the service was not effective, I called the service man back. I asked if there was anything they could do to help us since the service was not effective. He hung up on me on the phone. He claims it was a dropped called but he never called back after he hung up. I called again a few days later and asked for a manager to call back. The manager called back and argued with me for ten minutes. All I wanted is for them to help me out for a service that was not effective, to maybe come check it out - spray again, whatever. Just some decent customer service. Come to find out there is no customer service with this company. The manager told me I was a liar and that unless I sign a contract with them they will not take care of me as a customer. I hung up the phone and questioned whether they ever sprayed the entire house. I feel like this is a scam!

When we bought our home we were told we had to have a termite inspection. Killer for hire was the company that was hired by Century 21 Elite. So we go to sign the papers for the house and the report from the inspection had beat us there, ink was still wet and it said there were no termites. We get the house and start renovation of the bathroom and what do we find, ?? You guessed it LIVE TERMITES! !! These people had not come to my house to look at it. They Just Signed A PREWRITTEN contract. I wouldn't hire these people to clean out my dog cage. BEWARE THEY ARE SCHEMERS

The worst service I have ever had!!!!! I had two guys do my house while I was with them.. one charged me $45 for just an outside service ... come to find out we where being bamboozled !!! It was only supposed to be $20... after figuring this out they switched us to another service agent ... who charged us the proper price.. NO! They did not reimburse us for anything... no problems right the next guy was awesome nice friendly PERFECT!.... he quite due to the "shady"doing Killer For Hire was doing to their clients and opened his own business.. after cancelling our contract they still "claimed" they serviced our out side property when we where not there... but wait!! I have HUGE dogs that hate people and a no trespassing sign with their name on it... so this never happened.. if so only a quarter of the house and charged full price. After talking to the manager and he hung up no me and was very rude. He sent us to collection for an invalid service ... BEWARE!!!!! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT AND ROB U BLIND !!!
