My Technician Sonny with Ace Services of NW LA is the absolute best!! He is very professional & always neat in appearance even at the end of his day which I appreciate! I wouldn't use any other pest control services nor would I want any other tech :)

I was very pleased with the service I received. Kayla was the person who came out and sprayed inside and out. She also put out some glue traps for mice and other pests. She was very friendly and made sure the spray wouldn't bother my breathing, since I have COPD. I would recommend her and the service to anyone needing pest control.

Jordan performed our annual termite inspection. He was on-time (early even), professional, performed the inspection quickly but thoroughly and got on his way. Couldn't ask for better service.

I have been with Ace Services for years. Samantha has went from being my technician to now in the office. She is well rounded and can help with what needs to be done and schedules the job all in one call. This is the place to call if you need assistance. Just ask for Samantha so she gives you the information and best quality for services.

I have know about this company for about 4 year. They have had a lot of hard working and honest employee's but none a dedicated and knowledgeable as Sonny. He is honest and will do everything in his power to get the job done correctly. If you need an awesome exterminator, give Ace a call and get Sonny to come take care of your pest problems.

I hired this company to catch a armadillo which i knew it was a slim chance. They say they check traps every three to four days but it was 7 to 9 days before they came back. The last time he said he would bring another cage that pm or the am, not been back yet. Also said he would spray front yard but has not been back to do that. Do not waste your money on this company. Nothing but a scam.

Very unprofessional. I've never used the company and was trying to ask one of the workers what part of the home they spray while he was waiting in the heat for my neighbor.. he completely blows me off saying oh I'm just spraying this house today!!! Very rude and I would not want this type of service nor person inside my home.. he even had the nerve to cut through my grass and didn't great me!! What in the world! Shut down people if this is the service you offer..
