We've had JP pests away for a little over a year and a half and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE them!! Our technician Carl is so amazing. He comes out once a month but we get a lot of wasps out in Benton and he is always willing to come out more if needed and get them as they pop up! He is kind, courteous, and so very helpful! I highly recommend their services it is worth every penny!

Carl is absolutely amazing every time!! He takes care of everything I need and answers any questions I may have. My pest problem has been well maintained since we have started and I am satisfied through and through!

I have been using their services for few years now for my clients, and they are a great partner to have by your side. Lately, I found myself in need with an invasion of ants in my daughter bedrooms, and also some issues on the back porch with carpenter bees. JP Pests Away sent Carl to assess the situation and provide an immediate solution to the problems. I have to say that Carl was fantastic, he removed his boots before going in the house, which I did appreciate, and he spent quite some time trying to understand exactly what was going on my property, and then just started to put in play his master plan and I was so satisfied with his approach that I decided to enroll in a quarterly service with him , knowing he will be the one who come every 3 months and keep my property bug-free !

I have been using JP Pest Away quarterly for 4 years now. When ever I run into an issue, they are quick to respond within 24h. Everyone I’ve encountered has been really nice and helpful, from the ladies in the office to my technician Mr. Carl. I enjoy our small talk each time he comes to service my home. I am beyond pleased with them!

Mr. Carl is absolutely one of the BEST Exterminators I have ever had. He was very attentive to all concerns around my property,.... I do not see any pest around my home, and if I do (rarely), it is on its back dead,... just how I like them. Thank you so much Mr. Carl, you are greatly, greatly appreciated!!!!!
