OPC Pest Services

I would not recommend using this pest service. Fortunately, both people I spoke with on the phone during my “contract” were extremely polite which I am grateful for. However, this company does not explain the use of the contract they have you sign that binds you into their services for a whole year nor do they tell you that you have to pay them out to cancel the services. I am selling my home and asked to transfer the two remaining services I have left in my contract trying to avoid paying out the contract so that I still get the services if I am going to have to pay for them just at my new home. The company states that they cannot do any sort of transfers. They want me to pay out almost $200 worth of my contract (and not receive any services for them) to then open a whole new contract (1 year contract) at our new home. Why can’t I transfer the first contract from one home to another???? Not to mention the last time my home was serviced no one even contacted me to tell me when they were coming out to my home and I was charged on my bank account before the services were completed. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

They helped us out last fall with a termite problem. Nice job. Quick service. Termites are history.

We have had ongoing trouble with carpenter bees. The service tech said he had something they hate. The bees would hover around 5hen fly off. I will have them back every year!

Went above and beyond

I haven't had my service done yet, but I called right before the close of business as it was urgent and they were super friendly and helpful. The owner was out but the receptionist took notes and he called me as soon as he arrived in the morning (even before their open business hours). He got to me the same day despite being super busy, and was incredibly helpful and friendly. I know everyone has termite and pest issues but it didn't stop me from feeling embarrassed. Rodney was very reassuring and I know my home will be taken care of. They're very busy but were able to get me an appointment relatively soon. I'd definitely recommend their services. Phenomenal customer service and good pricing. There's a reason they've been in business so long.

Rodney is great! Felt like he always provided a great inspection. I had him inspect two different houses. He was very honest and patient. Always willing to answer any questions our family had about our potential home. I highly recommend him and this team.

Terry did a great job treating my home. Estimated to be a 12 hour job at the beginning of the day, Terry finished in 9! We were very happy with the service and efficiency. Thank you!

My sister Gloria is Still waiting for help. We have not heard from or seen Premier in 4 weeks. Everyone was friendly when the trap was set under the house in December 2019. And trap was checked once, but we have not had a follow up from Premier in 4 weeks. We can hear the animal still tearing up the ductwork in the crawlspace under the house. We can't reach the trap or we would return it and request they return the $200 to my sister

Worst company ever they took advantage of us and charged way to much money for the job and we still had bugs at the end of the job. The owner was extremely rude . Never hire these people they don’t care about you only the money they get out of you.

Very courtoious, the tech went above, and beyond to be helpful. I would suggest them for any services that you may need rendered.
