It is all about the customer service
I am very pleased.. My Grass is still green even in Winter.. very lush... Highly recommend , great service too!!!
I used NatureScape for at least five years & was always satisfied with their services. If I was ever not satisfied a quick phone call & they would repeat within 24 hours. Very easy to deal with!
Naturescape has been servicing my lawn for years and year after year my yard looks like one of the best on the block. I do not do anything to my lawn and depend on their expertise in fertilizing, lime and aeration. Good customer service and responsive to concerns with good two way communication.
If I could give it less than one star I would. Roger said I would get a refund. We'll see.

I would like to say that my review is not based on one service alone, but in 3 years of service. Prior to using Naturescape I was using another expensive lawn company with low satisfying results. I started using Naturescape 3 years ago, they do all the lawn care except cutting the grass, and I must say that I have never seen my lawn looking so beautiful till starting to use Naturescape, the aeration, seeding and fertilisation is so well done, that grass grows where it didn't before. The prices are low, very affordable! I am very happy I found this company.
Left Naturescape 2 years ago, my lawn paid the price. I am happily back in their customer family and super pleased.

The call center team at Naturescape Louisville of Samantha and Holly take the time to explain exactly what each service provides and how it can benefit my lawn, trees and shrubs. It is evident they are very knowledgeable about service details and clearly explain what will actually takes place, how and when it will be applied and what the benefits will be. This company is a pleasure to work with and I have used them for years. The service reps who come to our property as well as Samantha and Holly care about customer service! I very much recommend Naturescape Louisville!

Naturescape...steer clear. After repeated discussions on the aweful care and service their lawn care individual cutting my grass gave nothing ever changed. Was creating bare spots in the yard making 360° turns ripping grass out leaving those bare spots, missing areas to be trimmed and now running into the landscape cutting up some leaves on a zucchini plant and shredding weed guard, leaving gates open, I have cancelled Naturescapes lawn cutting.

We have enjoyed a beautiful green lawn for years, thanks to Naturescape. We can also enjoy our backyard all summer long with no mosquitoes. At least two neighbors have asked us who we use for our lawn care and we are happy to tell them Naturescape.

I've been with Naturescape for years because 1) Outstanding customer service 2) Always willing to give advice when I ask questions and 3) They got grass to grow in spots where I thought I'd never see it. If mosquitos were a problem in my current yard, I'd be using that service as well - they're pros!
They do what they say, on time, and very courteous. Most of all our lawn is looking better than ever.

I have used Naturescape lawn service for 2 years and I just signed up of a third. I have found the service to be excellent and very dependable. Prior to using their service I spent about $150 per year on fertilizer and hated the process of applying it. Naturescape services takes complete care of the treatments of my lawn with great success.

My lawn is full of weeds and now they tell me I have Army worms. I thought that's why I paid for a weed and pest control service . They stopped by and said I should go to Lowes. I will never use this service e again. Customer service e is horrible.

We prepayed weed control service. This company claims they provide six applications per year, so it’s natural to assume they would come in to spray yard each every two months.The previous service to our lawn is April 19, now about 3 months later, we still don’t see them come in to serve the lawn. We email, no reply; we called and got a reply that we don’t think very friendly. The woman answered the phone told us the time between applications is 7 weeks, but their previous service to our lawn is 11 weeks ago!

Canceled my service after 2nd cut . One person showed up and did a HORRIBLE JOB. Edging was a disaster.

Called about single application and was told that they would send someone out the next week. It is now two days into the following week and I have not heard from anyone. If they do not have time to service my lawn then they could at least call and tell me. I also called and their phone service said I was next in line but after 10 minutes no one had picked up. Update...Rep called and apologized and said they were behind because of rain and Holidays and told me they would be here next Monday.
Even just trying to get this service started has been the most frustrating and futile situation imaginable! We called a few weeks ago to start services for lawn mowing as our lawn has started growing fast. We were quoted 7-10 days initially, which seemed a little long. We asked if there was any way they could be out sooner and the person answering the phone said that they'd be out in the next few days. Great! A few days go by and I haven't seen them/heard from them so we call back. They said they're working on it and will be out in the next couple of days. Not ideal but understandable. This went on for two weeks - me calling and them assuring they'd be out shortly. I called again on Friday and they stated that they haven't been out due to rain. This is the first time they've said anything like this and it's only after I've gotten angry about it. It's hardly like it rained every moment of every day over the last two weeks and it's a convenient excuse to use after you've already made your customer angry. The topper on this, though, is when I called on Friday and told them I wasn't happy with their services thus far, the person on the phone apologized and said they'd be out the next day - so Saturday. On Saturday around mid-day, I still hadn't seen them so I called back to check on their status and got a call center in Atlanta who takes their weekend calls because they don't work weekends! So now not only can they not complete a simple task, they're also liars. In the over two week period since they've agreed to take my business, I've had to call half a dozen times to figure out what they're doing AND I've been lied to AND my lawn still hasn't been cut! Why am I babysitting a company that's taking my money?

I used Naturescape for a few years. Started out with good service but continually got worse. Paid for aeration and seed to help lawn along with regular mowing. Final straw with me was them killing my peonies in a clearly stone edged bed. I would not recommend this company Response: I declined replacement because they were from my Grandmothers yard. After she passed we all took plants to remember her by. Her yard/garden were beautiful. You can’t replace that

We understand that the regional manager overseeing your service area has reached out, and that you have declined to have these plants replaced. Naturescape has done our lawn care for over 10 yrs, and overall they have done a good job. However, we contracted for them to treat for grubs, hoping to prevent the Japanese beetles, and they failed to get the job done before the beetle outbreak. This was despite making a couple calls requesting they get it done. They even failed to return one call.
