He explained exactly what he found and provided honest recommendations. There was never any pressure to purchase unnecessary services. The treatment process was smooth and efficient. This company did a great job handling our pest issue. The technician was on time and very professional. He inspected the home carefully and explained the problem. The treatment was done efficiently. We are very happy with the results.

Kyle and Johnathan did the Extermination, both did a great job, they showed up on time, carefully set up their tools and did the work. After the work was completed they cleaned everything as if nothing had ever happened. Ricky, Kyle and Johnathan were super respectful to us and our home, we give them 10 out of 10. Never called me back. I left messages and nothing.

When he first came to the house he told me he would spray “at least” 3 times. He told me I had to pay up front for those visits, which I did. I had to call him multiple times to come out for the second spraying. I had to leave messages since he never answers his phone. Finally came out a second time. Now again I’m calling and getting no answer for the third spraying. The cockroaches are back! I’m so frustrated! Will never use TNT again!
