I have paid for this service for more than 15 years and it has just gotten worse and worse. At first I got reports 2-3 times a year. I have not had a report for the last 6-7 years. When Raven Crouse, the WPC employee came, I told him there was a box to stop the termites that had gotten into my garage wall and an appointment needed to be made with me as I keep my garage doors shut. I also sent a note about making an appointment when I sent my last payment in June 2025. No one has come to check on anything. Last week I found evidence that termites are in another location in my garage. I am extremely disappointed in this service!

World Pest Control has been absolutely perfect in every detail in the work they have done for us. From the people at the office being very helpful and informative to the man they sent out today (Richard); who was a very nice guy who has been here before and does an excellent job. Richard knew his job, he explained what he was going to do and ask if we had any questions or concerns. He then checked in with us before he left. I recommend these people to anyone who needs this kind of help and would appreciate the extra customer service that you get in addition to a job well done.

I am not pleased with WPC service this year! They scheduled an appointment & no one showed up and I didn't get a notification about the missed appt. A week later a new appointment was scheduled from 8am to noon. The service rep showed up at 1pm. He did his work and informed my wife that he couldn't find 3 of the centricon pots! So installed new ones?! What? I wouldn't recommend using World Pest at this time.

The scheduler has made two mistakes in a row. When I schedule, I have my calendar next to me and I write it down directly. And, here we go again, a noshow. When I call, they had me down for a different day. I made adjustments to my work schedule to get home on the "written down day". Next time, I'll get a new exterminator.

Did not use. They use bate traps and are to expensive .

Worked with them unless your names Emily or live in Salina they don't care to help you out succeed. Liked it at first then just hated it after a month of going on my own. When I get assigned a work truck and then you take it from me and give me a beater because "someone doesn't want their truck because of the big tank in back " that's their problem learn how to manage a company horrible managing skills!!!
WORST service ever! Worst $142.00 for a 1x spray for spiders ONLY! They was 1 hrs 45 min LATE , when I made apt 3 MONTH guarantee called today 6 days later to be told no we don't have any guarantees and won't come redo anything unless you repay!!
I called them for a quote and had both a verbal and written quote on the contract, and I accepted the bid. When the contract was sent to me they had doubled the contract length. They then refused to honor the written quote. The situation was explained to me yes but their refusal to honor their own techs written estimate was highly unprofessional.
