Dustin at The Bug Guys of Ottawa knows how to help a brother out. As you all know we moved to Kansas 6 months ago, and have been calling these guys since. Our home has a brown recluse problem, ants in the kitchen and since the old lady brings animals home every other day. Strays are here more than they are not so we got a flea problem too now. Without question all of these pest problems will be over at the end of the day! Whether it is spot treatment, monthly maintenance or seasonal concerns these guys deserve the shoutout without a doubt.

This company was amazing when it came to treating our yard. The girls in the office were able to get me scheduled pretty fast. When Dustin came out, he explained what he was going to do and what he was using because we had animals. Before he did anything, we talked about the cost for the service. After he was done, we talked about a follow up. Since he did the service, we have had no issue.

This company is not worth the money to come out and have a inspection performed. Being a home inspector I would think that writing a report that found no signs of termites would be simple and easy to receive. Inspection was performed on a Thursday I did not receive the report until 4 days later, Monday, after I made numerous phone calls trying to get it for my clients. Was told I would receive the report within 24 hours.

Will not return calls. Used his services and did not treat the problem. had to get another company to come and fix the problem. Paid almost $1000 for nothing. have called and left voicemail, emailed and messaged on phone. Sprayed inside house and then left front door wide open when he left so the chemical he sprayed went right out of the house. dont waste your money.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!! The Bug Guys (aka Bug Buys) don't have a very good reputation with their "WORD"! They say that they will do something, then don't do it. And Dustin won't return your calls or texts. I know this because we are experiencing this right now with them. Dustin came out and looked around the house, and gave us an estimate. He then said that he'll work with our insurance company, but that was a lie. He wouldn't communicate with our insurance company, and he won't communicate with us either! We were waiting for him to do his part with the insurance company for the past month or so--and all along, he didn't do anything. He just made us believe that he did, when in reality, he didn't. I even tried to get him to submit the information to me on August 13, 2021, so that I could submit it to the insurance company. And to this day, August 25, 2021, I haven't received anything from them. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!! THEY FLAT OUT LIE!!!!!
